Serve as a point of escalation and mentor for junior team members. Provide exceptional quality of service while resolving technical and non technical inquiries, troubleshoot customer technical problems to ensure brand loyalty and long term relationship management, through established support avenues including tickets, chats, phone, and video. Show consistent eagerness to go above and beyond for permanent and long term issue resolution while being able to apply temporary mitigations with clear and consistent communication. Produce internal documentation that supports efficient resolution of common and complex requests, questions, solutions and/or problems encountered. Assist in producing external facing documentation for proactive support. Provide technical consultation and benchmark metrics to prospects to drive home value of efforts to win net new revenue opportunities (new and existing customers).
