BlueGhost realized a complete web presentation for PrometGroup, the fourth largest family business in the Czech Republic according to Forbes magazine. For Promet Group and its subsidiaries, BlueGhost has implemented a complete web presentation, i.e. the design and development of a total of ten presentation websites that visually and communicatively correspond to the company's position on the local and European market.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were able to submit all ten planned websites within the specified time frame, which are functional and reliable and can be easily managed through a single entry into the administration.

Our employee who was in charge of web development worked with a project manager. They set further progressive goals in regular online meetings together. To do this, we kept in touch with the project manager via emails and phone calls when we needed something urgent. When we wanted bigger changes, the graphic designer or programmer also participated in the meeting. We appreciate the communication and daily support from BlueGhost. If sometimes something took longer than we needed, we were always able to make arrangements.

The Museum of Czech Literature in Prague is a space of almost 1000m2, which consists of ten permanent exhibition units. Since the exhibits are mainly archival objects and documents, they require a high level of care, which includes very frequent changes. 

This precludes the possibility of accompanying the museum exhibition with a printed catalogue. This has led to the need to create a more flexible medium, i.e. a digital platform in the format of a website, where objects that disappear from the exhibition at different rhythms will be stored. 

The online catalogue is thus in fact a digital equivalent of the physical exhibition, but it also serves as an archive of the exhibits. It is also possible to create your own collection of favourite exhibits, including a section where highlights can be seen. The site also includes a children's section where worksheets are available for download.

The online catalogue of the Museum of Literature is widely visited and is an important source of information for both the general public and professionals. In addition, it won 3rd place in the prestigious WebTop 100 competition in the Digital Transformation category.

BlueGhost has always delivered services on time, responded flexibly to changing needs and come up with imaginative solutions to problems.

We have reached most of the milestones in time as planned for the initial development phase from the vendor. For the ongoing maintenance and additional features development, the agreed delivery timelines are typically met. 

Yet with our project it's somehow challenging to correctly estimate the complexity of some of the changes, which sometimes leads to slight delay.

The ability to almost always adjust our specifications to deliver functionality that is more advanced than the original request was impressive.

The capacity is sometimes limiting factor in terms of delivery speed. However that's a general IT development market situation in our region, so BlueGhost is no exception.
