I’m the technology coordinator for Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad, a nonprofit, mostly volunteer organization providing emergency medical and technical rescue services to Princeton, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. We rely on community donations to support our life-saving mission.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Blueclone Networks helped us maintain daily operations, modernize critical systems, strengthen our security posture, and support the technology infrastructure that enables our organization to serve the community. Their value went well beyond routine IT support — they played an important role in several key technology initiatives that helped move our organization from legacy platforms to more modern, secure, and scalable solutions.
One of the most significant projects Blueclone Networks helped us complete was our migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. The transition involved moving core collaboration, email, productivity, and identity management services to a new platform while minimizing disruption to users.
Blueclone Networks provided guidance, administration, and ongoing support throughout our Microsoft 365 environment and maintained delegated Microsoft administration responsibilities as part of their support relationship. 
Blueclone Networks also assisted us in moving from a traditional POTS (plain old telephone service) environment to a modern VoIP communications platform. This represented an important modernization effort for the organization and helped us improve flexibility, reliability, and long-term sustainability of our communications systems.
Over the years, Blueclone Networks provided ongoing management and support for cybersecurity and infrastructure systems, including Microsoft 365 administration, Sophos firewalls, secure remote connectivity, and endpoint protection. The team regularly assisted with firewall configuration, remote-site connectivity troubleshooting, VPN and RED-network deployments, and secure access management.
Blueclone Networks worked extensively with us to maintain and improve our network infrastructure. Their team assisted with wireless network optimization, troubleshooting access point performance issues, investigating internet throughput concerns, identifying cabling problems, planning hardware refreshes, and working with upstream providers to improve connectivity.
They also spent considerable time analyzing SASE routing and performance issues and coordinating with third-party providers to pursue long-term solutions.
Unlike many organizations, our technology environment includes specialized emergency communications systems. Blueclone Networks regularly assisted us in supporting and troubleshooting network-connected Motorola repeater infrastructure and related communications systems.
Their team reviewed firewall policies, analyzed routing behavior, validated tunnel connectivity, performed extensive testing, documented configurations, and worked collaboratively with our staff to diagnose complex issues.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a large-scale migration from Google Workspaces to Microsoft 365. We also had a full building move and relocation of IT services and infrastructure. We saw improved security and network performance.

We enterted into managed services IT agreement with Blueclone Networks to be our third party IT partner. As a small company, we hired them to be our day-to-day helpdesk support as well as provide us strategic business guidance when it comes to our IT infrastructure. After a review, they helped us migrate from an antiquated physical, on-site server set-up to a more modern cloud-based solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Past managed IT partners haven't brought the experience and knowledge to be able to solve IT problems quickly. BlueClone and it's team of HelpDesk support seem to have a library of knowledge and experience so that if one of our employees brings them a problem they are encoutering, the BlueClone team has either seen it before, or knows the right questions to ask to resolve the issue quickly.

We had two other IT companies in the past that did not do a good job. Our phones and computers were always down and we experienced a lot of problems.  We needed a new IT partner.

They manage everything. They re-did the setup that was previously bad, and they got a new server. They help us with every aspect of technology you can imagine. We use their help desk and they help us a lot, even with little things like my label maker.

We used to have a lot of problems with our phones, and they helped us with that. They’ve also been able to help with my remote work, and have taken the time to walk me through getting online.

How did Bluecone Networks perform from a project management standpoint?

We can email them, call them by phone to their helpdesk, and issue us a ticket. Every month we get reports on how all of our computers are doing and they reach out to us. Every once in a while, if a ticket was not closed, they’ll follow-up and make sure that everything is good, which I appreciate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their competency really stands out. No matter who I call at the help desk, I’m amazed at their experience and knowledge. They’re always friendly and jump on your computer to fix it.

No, I think they’re ahead of the game.

The team at Blueclone was first brought in to provide guidance on a new voice-over IP telephone system. They migrated us to a enterprise class phone system fully integrated with our existing legacy PA system.

We quickly realized their expertise in cybersecurity was something we needed to consider. We had them review our cybersecurity exposure and review our network. They helped secure our network and gave us the security guidance our management team needed. We continue to use Blueclone’s cybersecurity team to oversee our security hardware and keep us cyber safe.
