We had a fairly open brief, we hadn’t done much in the way of digital marketing previously and so we left it to Blue Ring to suggest a best course of action. We settled on using Facebook Ads and creating a couple of custom landing pages to help sell potential candidates on the role and get them on the phone.

We successfully filled the jobs that we were recruiting for thanks to the performance of the Facebook Ads.

Blue Ring quickly understood our brand and our key selling points and got to work creating a whole suite of assets that we could use on Facebook and Google. They set-up campaigns on Facebook targeting our ICP as well as Google.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Almost from day one we were hitting our sales targets, largely driven by Facebook Ads as we were having some issues with compliance on Google. We did $10,000 in sales in the first month and have been growing month on month since then.

They’re really responsive, something they do a lot which we love is to respond to questions with a Loom video. It makes it easier for us to understand but removes the need for a call.

We’ve been most impressed with their proactiveness. We had some ads that were profitable and rather than just leaving them alone they got to work creating a bunch of new assets in a similar style to see if we could improve performance further.

We’d love some more guidance on recommended budgets but other than that I can’t think of anything!

• Ad Account set and optimisation: structuring of campaigns and ad sets within Meta and Google Ads to increase conversion through ecommerce website. Blue Ring reviewed the existing Ad Account and recommended a number of quick wins that they immediately implemented, enhancing and simplifying our account structure, and advising us on key audiences and focus areas for the next 6 months. This included competitor analysis, content research and inspiration and dashboard production. 
• Site optimisation: Blue Ring audited our ecommerce site and found several areas for improvement across UX, product, customer experience which they quickly summarised succinctly, citing industry examples, and then quickly implemented. 
• Email flow set up: Blue Ring designed and set up our lists, segments and email flows on Klaviyo. This has enabled us to be much more targeted with our email marketing and has focussed content production.

Execution - we didn't just get advice and examples from Blue Ring but a bias for action and testing with a great understanding of tracking and reporting to evidence improvements.

We're impressed with how quickly we started to see results. Id previously run my own ad campaigns with a small roas, so I reached out to Blue Ring. We had an initial online conversation, discussed my businesses goals and Rob came back to me with a digital strategy which I was keen to start. The results Rob achieved within the first 14 days which were 3 times what I had achieved on my own.
