The vendor was extremely professional, understanding the deadlines and most importantly understanding our demands. They just didn't "do what they were told to". They had the attention to really understand what were our objectives even on gaps that werent literally explained by me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Right after the video was finalized we presented it on our annual investors conference and it was definitely a landmark on the institutional view the market had on us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was perfect. Timezone helped a lot, as I had about a half-day to review and they had another day to develop. So on a daily basis, we had effective progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by the quality of the production and their capacity to understand the client.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be nice to have a communication channel for instant communication. Most of our conversations were through email, which ended up being ok as they had a quick response, but if I needed something more immediate it could be a problem.

BluBlu Studios created one-minute animated videos that explain the concepts of anxiety and panic to our patients using the app. We gave them a rough storyline as I’d made a couple of videos, but their team recommended we start over. From there, they did everything. Their team took the script, made changes, and directed the rest of the process. They developed unique characters for the videos that were completely different than anything we’d seen previously. Their team produced the content iteratively, executing our feedback fast.

We were really impressed with the quality of their work. The characters alone were great—very unique, which is hard to find nowadays since there are so many animated characters already. Their team integrated our feedback quickly. They also iterated over the course of the engagement, so as it went along the videos become more to our taste.

BluBlu Studios didn’t miss any deadlines. Their team was always straightforward in regard to the timeline. We always knew when we’d have the next iteration. They produced the videos quickly without being sloppy.

We wanted to capture the story that paints the problem we're solving and the technology we're using to do it. There were a lot of moving parts to the story we wanted to tell and we felt as though BluBlu had what it took to do that story justice.

We had seen BluBlu on Dribbble, but ultimately we referred to our 99design agency pro account to source an agency for this project. BluBlu stood out from all the other agencies 10-fold. We knew that we had found some of the best talent in the industry.

The video tells the story of the industry problem that created the necessity for our technology solutions. We were able to come up with that story and roughly storyboard a very rudimentary version of the story. BluBlu then took that version and created illustrations to better tell the story – we felt they did a wonderful job. Once we approved everything they then ran with the animation of the video in record time,

We did most of our communication via email. That ended up being very easy on our team and we were able to make decisions quickly regarding all creative files and direction.

The video we received not only did an outstanding job of bringing our story to life – but it was done in a very unique, and cutting-edge way. BluBlu gave us a video that is unlike anything we've seen and used an incredible amount of creativity to tell our story in the most simple way possible, and so far it has been met with rave reviews. They also stuck to the timeline. I don't think you can ask for better success metrics than those things.

Great, simple, effective. Resulted in a top-notch product.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

BluBlu Studios is one of those companies that 'get it'. We communicated the story that we had in our heads the best we could, and they took it and ran with it. Their input was invaluable, they really understand how to take a story and condense it down into 2 minutes, pair visuals with voice over audio and overlaid sound to create a product that was 98% complete. The revision process is taking us no time at all. That's the company you want to work with!

No. We very much intend to continue working with this agency moving forward and excited to create more dynamic marketing materials for our company.

The film had a very tight deadline, and BluBlu consulted with us constantly to deliver on time and on budget. Our client loved the film and published it online on a website specifically made for it.

The spots have been a big success at several conferences and meetings on education. Thanks to this project, many schools in Poland have incorporated coding lessons into their curriculum. Our client acquired many new partners as well.
