There were no delays; everything went according to plan. With the exception of a few emails, we mostly used Telegram to communicate with the project manager. They sent the reports via email, and we held multiple Google Meet meetings with the members of our project team.

In fact, it's challenging to single out just one aspect that impressed us. Initial and foremost, they exceeded our expectations in a big way thanks to their exceptional competence and experience, which were immediately apparent from the first interview. Next, we could contact them whenever we wanted and always received timely responses to our queries. Finally, the guys are quite adaptable; it was easy for them to make minor design adjustments at our request.

We previously used a virtual telecommunications application to communicate. They responded quite quickly when I had questions. Even when sharing important information in the emails, they were quite helpful. It definitely sped up and simplified the communication process.

The finest part was that they were able to modify anything I had instructed them, and that too within a precise time frame and regardless of location.

In my experience, I was unable to identify any flaws in their working methods.

We held several discovery meetings and shared with them our overarching objectives and application flow. Additionally, we have been collaborating with them on the ongoing development and improvement of our application. To help the developers understand our overall vision, we work to offer them with explicit flow requirements for the application and back end as well as screenshots.

After working with a sales representative, a technical project manager and two developers were appointed. One developer will work on our front end, while another will work on our back end.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The initial project was launched in February 2021. At first, we were informed that the entire process would take 3–4 months before we could go online. The project did not go live until June 2022 because to several testing problems and general design errors.

Additionally, we have a contract with them for a lot of continuing updates and improvements. The crew is great when they are working, however even though we have purchased extra time and hours, we have noticed a sharp reduction in support for our project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project management has been satisfactory. They make use of Google Docs, email, and Zoho Projects. We found it difficult to work in technical documents within emails, therefore the communication may use some work. Everything has flowed much more smoothly and cleanly after we switched the team over to our own ClickUp instance.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The CEO is extremely engaged and a pleasure to work with. Once you can bind the team together to concentrate on a single job, I also believe that their development was excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be wonderful to have good customer service and communication. As I've already indicated, the project took a lot longer than anticipated, but I can attribute it to our modifications, potential scope creep, and our attention to detail, so it's not all the company's fault. But from a chronological standpoint, we discover that ongoing labour and development are sporadic.

The developers may be working on other projects, which I can understand, but all we require is for excellent communication outlining this and providing expectations for when they can reengage. When they really work on your project, the development team is again GREAT.
