Implement the chosen API workflow that will enable multi-lingual translations with the selected Translations Management System (TMS) vendor. The scope of services specifically refers, first, to the installation, configuration, and integration of the vendor-developed Connector with the our Content Management System (CMS).

• Updating or modifying the existing data models, dictating how content will be structured in the CMS.
• Updating or modifying the front-end API responsible for how content is made available in the front-end from the CMS and displayed in the browser.
• Updating or modifying front-end localization determining the language in which content shall be presented.

Yes, the team was on-time and highly responsive to feedback and change requests. They communicated clearly when a change was within or outside of the scope of the project so we could make a decision about whether or not to move forward with that request. Our clients are very satisfied with the end result. Editorial experience for their writers is much smoother, publishing content takes less time. Through building custom Next.js frontend clients were able to improve their SEO and increase organic traffic by over 40%. This led to increased productivity of the team and overall better work atmosphere.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Very positive feedback from both clients and colleges from the industry. Ability to spin the model 360 degrees to see the project from all sides allows users to instantly understand the relationship between architectural massing and landscape which is a fundamental element of our agenda. For a lot of people from our industry, it was a surprise that firstly it was even possible to embed the models this way and secondly with such optimization.

We had great communication with the project manager who was approachable via frequent zoom meetings as well as text messages allowing us to quickly exchange information and provide feedback. During the early development phase, we had scheduled workshops with the whole team at which we had a chance to interact with the working prototype of our website and explore different options for rendering styles and interactions with 3d models.

Ability to quickly address our feedback and solve technical problems.

Instead of keeping a structured plan of action we could of skip certain design and development stages and shift them around from the start. Initially, we followed their process template but as their first client with a design background, we had different requirements. They quickly readjusted their plan of action to meet our needs.
