BizIT has been doing work for us for about fifteen years across many crucial projects. We develop the initial spec and BizIT helps us assess and refine the spec. They complete any technical analysis, write the code, and upload deliverables into our version control system. BizIT is more like a partner than a vendor.

We use a joint project tracking system that breaks down every project into identifiable tasks, who is assigned to that task, the timeline for the task, etc. Our team and their team use this tool every day. BizIT is very transparent so we always know what's going on with projects and can change direction when appropriate.

Implementation of the NetContent tool, knowledge transfer, implementation of 2 custom processes in the tool. We currently have a monthly SAS service.

It was agreed to deliver 3 phases. The deployment of the tool, the training of the personnel. This was done at the agreed times. Then an agile scheme was put together, where needs were delivered and configured, to finally put them into production. In all cases deliveries were as requested.
