Working in 3-4 week sprints, releasing new software features and functionality, deploying to our customers. This included Project Management, software development, UX/UI design, QA and testing, taking ownership of deployment pipelines and infrastructure, and providing support and bug fixes to customers after the release of new software.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Customer satisfaction, company growth and software reliability— these were the center of our priorities. We had to ensure that new customers wanted to purchase our software and were satisfied when they did.

Bitstone were very reactive to changing business needs and conditions throughout the years. Any issues with delivery were signaled early and the team were understanding if we had to change direction. They were very professional and adaptable to our business needs.

At times, there was a tendency to solve problems by increasing the people count rather than improving processes, which led to growing costs. A more disciplined approach would have meant keeping costs lower and ensuring every team member was necessary.
