Fast responding time, clear questions if necessary, always in touch and keeping us updated. Progress always documented online on trello as well as per email. Theyve always taken the time to certain things in case we (not from the field) did not understand. All tasks delivered on time.

Communication, expertise and kindness. Trustworthy and taking charge of projects - no need to check in if the tasks are being done or can be finished on time. BinarGear helped me develop an event ticketing system for my customer. The system was built on WooCommerce using custom development and integrating local Swiss payment providers. 

The biggest challenges included 

• integration of the frontend with the WooCommerce 
• the integration of the plugins handling the payments
• doing everything in two languages using WPML.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was delivered in time to start the ticket sales for my customer.

The team had to face a lot of challenges on the way incl. unexpected complexities driven by 3rd party providers (e.g. payment provider). They've showed the highest flexibility to make things happen despite the circumstances and allowed our customer to start selling tickets on time. A few deliverables were completed after the original dealine but the team has done a good job at prioritising the most important features and deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have incredible persistence to get the job done, show flexibility on the way and Alex, my key contact, has always been a great business partner - he is always available, always listens, tries to understand and then helps find a solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BinarGear could have done differently?

BinarGear was a highly motivated team - hence sometimes their "we can do this attitude" leads to challenging situations during projects. If anything they should say "no" more often or better align with the customer on the risks and potential impact of certain decisions/plans.
