I'm Naim Zaman, founder of Interior Sketch. We provide interior designing services of home and commercial in Bangladesh.

We hired Biggestech for developing our website and providing other digital marketing solutions and IT services.

What were your goals for this project?

The project was about to make an online presence of our brand and generate leads for our interior design services.

How did you select this vendor?

We knew the founder of this agency earlier. We both are members of the same trade body organization and worked on several issues earlier. I knew the quality of work they produce, so hired them without any second thoughts.

When I was thinking of opening a website for my e-commerce business I came to know about Biggestech and let them accomplish the procedures of the website. They have completed all the procedures including picking a domain name, choosing domain hosting, and designing, content writing with great care. Moreover, the rate is too affordable.

What was the team composition?

They've got some of the great creative people in the team. We're really impressed with the pixel-perfect work and creative thoughts they put into. Especially their customer support is on another level.

We've received a ton of organic leads and some of them ended into successful sales. That really matters the growth of our business.

Their work ethic and vision to establish a highly professional team seems very impressive to me.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not much I have to say for improvement but some other service integration would help customers like me to get everything from a single provider.
