As a digital marketing agency, I had the need for SEO and Google Ads experts for a long time. Big Bang Digital helped me serving my clients by managing their Google Ads, as well as increasing their organic traffic with technical and content SEO

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In 3 years span, they helped me with over 10 of my clients from various industries, ranging from e-commerce, SAAS, real estate, hospitality and health.
I mostly got their help around SEO. For clients that had bad SEO, they helped me with their technical and ongoing SEO. We've seen massive spikes on organic traffic instantly for them.

For more established businesses, they've done technical and ongoing SEO that took longer time to get the results. Our biggest client tripled their organic traffic and doubled their organic revenue in 1 year. 

We didn't work as frequently when it comes to Google Ads, but they've managed 6 of my clients' Google ppc. The results varied of course depending on the size of the business, their target market, their goals and budget. I've always been happy with the results and communication as these are real professionals that understand how digital media works.

The work is structured very systematically. Depending on the niche and the size of the client, they do reports, analysis, recaps and written/face to face communication.

They did not accept one of my clients saying that they are not experienced enough about the industry. To be clearer, this was a very niche energy sector client that required a more relevant expertise.
