We wanted to develop our Website and have applications on Android and ios, we needed to have a communication mechanism with our community that would allow content to be shared easily.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for developers with experience in developing mobile applications and they recommended us to The Big Project. After reviewing their proposal, we knew that they should be the ones to build our web app and mobile applications.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We provided their team with our needs and they presented the proposal to be developed, we gave approval for them to start and in three weeks, they delivered the first advances. At the end of the development they involved us in the tests and accompanied us throughout the launch.

We were assigned a project manager and 4 developers, one from Android, iOS, another from Backend and the last one from Frontend.

At launch we exceeded the expectation of downloads, ratings and positive feedback from our users

We required a mobile application that will work offline to carry out cadastral survey and later upload that information to our existing platforms.

We delivered the data model to its project manager and he built the wireframes and app designs to confirm that they met what we needed. Once the development was finished, we carried out tests and they gave us support throughout the operation, although there were few observations, the technology used was Android Kotlin.

The application allowed us to survey 18,000 properties without any problem in the expected time.

I would have liked to have some kind of contract for improvements to the tool in the future. as an annual feed.
