Full branding & brand strategy of my business including logo, palette, naming, and others. Then website creation for an ecommerce store on Shopify. Handled my social media account on instagram for content creation and posting and engagement. Even ran ads for us on meta

Website traffic went up by a large % from organic efforts. We saw a great revenue upon launch despite being a completely new brand

Everything was timely, shared brand assets and posts via neat Google drives. We had access to an Asana board which made things transparent

Attention to detail was amazing, even focused on things I didnt think to pay attention to! Also love the aesthetic sense of the team. The ads they ran for me were beautiful and our feed got so many compliments. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Big Lime could have done differently?

Just to move text communication from whatsapp group to some other dedicated platform but i think they were already implementing this shift

The objective of this engagement was to enhance the digital presence, brand awareness, and lead generation capabilities of Orange Technologies, an IT and BMS solution provider, through comprehensive Social Media Marketing and Web Development services

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Sales were increased by 30 percent in three months campaign period. We are planning to repeat hiring the digital marketing services from the new fiscal year. Customers appreciated out new web site and company profile for its professional approach.

Every service provided by the vendor was almost on time, except for one occasion. Generally we are happy with their ontime services and excellent follow up.
