In just four months, bid.agency transformed the client's online presence with a completely new website boasting superior performance, intuitive design, and a responsive layout that elevates the user experience.

Through this project, we provided comprehensive website development services encompassing the entire process, from initial concept to launch.

Following design approval, the team utilized the latest technologies and best programming practices. This included leveraging:

• JavaScript, React, Next.js, and HTML on the front end
• PHP on the back end

Content was populated through our custom tailored Content Managment Service optimized for tourism industry. SEO optimization was performed, involving keyword research and crafting meta titles and descriptions using best practices. Additionally, third party vendors are integrated and Light Phobs link integration for bookings was implemented to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

In every business and every project, there is always an area for improvement.. I am sure BID knows what parts of their work can be improved. They are successfully minimizing those parts through hard work.

I am Internet and Sales Director in Maistra Hospitality Group. We had outdated website and decided to modernize and optimize it so BID was a great partner for such a project. Since we do not have in-house developers for a new website, we hired again BID agency to develop a modern, fast and reliable site. We increased our overall performance and exceeded our expectations by far.

We had meetings and workshops at the beginning of the project. After those meetings, BID delivered wireframes which we confirmed and their team started to work on development. They we also responsible for all the integrations with 3rd party vendors.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching a website we saw a 25% increase in conversion rate and speed of the website increased dramatically. Our guests and employees loved the updated design and overall performance.

We had weekly meetings with the whole team that worked on the project and communication was smooth and reliable. Even if there were some delays in some parts of the projects, we still ensured all our KPI’s were met at the end of the project.

Their ability to work on large websites even though they were considered a small boutique agency was very impressive. They are specialized in niche of tourism industry which makes them unique on our market.

In every project there is always an area for improvement, and BID is well aware what parts of their work can be improved. They are working hard to minimize those parts and are very successful in doing that.

We prepared a brief that was reviewed by BID agency. Had a kick off call with BID CEO and designer to discuss the brief and details that were required to execute the project. We prepared the content and BID all the assets for design and development.

Main communication was handled by their CEO, but designer was also involved on the kick off meeting.

The website was just released so there are no measurable outcomes yet.

Fluent and easy in communication, very fast and precise in execution. Delivery was before the agreed deadline. Flexible and fast in implementing our feedback. This was very appreciated.

BID Agency is a very agile and professional partner, experienced in hospitality. Being a small agency they are able to react quickly on your needs as a client, deliver fast and adapt to clients requests within the agreed deadlines. Also, from budget perspective BID is competitive on the market.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

On this project, I would give them the highest rate. Nothing that I've noticed for improvement.

Definite increase in traffic and easier web mngt plus integration in all of our other online sales and markwting related activities.

Key project for 2022 with our marketing team that clicked and connected with BID team. Clear schedule and deadlines made it easy to clear all the checkpoints and complete the mission and to ipenly communicate via all available tools.

Delivered before schedule despite realistic business setbacks from our side (Change in ownership & company's vision). They were always available with a solution to our queries.

Always room to improve but nothing that we could have anticipated at the start of the project.
