Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of the company. We empower business professionals by providing them with realization, clarity and visibility in the decision-making process, using real-time digital simulations, generating data-based insights. We help in the areas of: Crisis Management, Talent Assessment and Solving Business Crossroads. Our platform grants the ability to predict stakeholders’ behavior by showing the gaps between the current state of things and the desirable outcome, relying on human interaction based data.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire biajee, and what were your goals?

We felt our marketing efforts and how we presented ourselves did not reflect who we were, our capabilities and our direction with the company and new applications. We wanted to change our Cornershop positioning, differentiate ourselves from our competitors, and showcase our true, data-driven capabilities in our ecosystem and to our clients, partners, and future investors. We decided to re-brand our company, which involved brand strategy, messaging optimization, naming, visual identity, and a new website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several branding offices. We chose Biajee as we immediately connected and understood we spoke the same language and shared the same values.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

During six months, Robert Glass led our complete brand transformation, from early strategy to messaging, naming, visual design, and creation of our new website, including website strategy, content creation, design, development, and backend automation with our existing CRM. The process was linear, creative, and highly communicative, with clear objectives and milestones.

Strategy: We kicked off with biajee learning our business core inside out, Our company history, how we came to be, and our existing and future applications. We did this through organized workshops, partner & user interviews, competitive research, and messaging data mining, building up to our complete strategy, unveiling our users' desired outcomes, and re-designing our value proposition according to our established objectives.

In a later meeting, we were presented with our differentiation strategy, brand story, messaging strategy, positioning statement, value proposition, and microcopy concepts for our future website. After a few iterations, we agreed we were on the right path and carried on to the naming stage.

Naming: In our discovery sessions, we've discussed how our solution behaves and how it's defined- not in the physical or technical aspect of things, but comparing it to a more organic and fluid solution for enterprise decision-making. After thoroughly researching biology, genetics, history, and geographical terminology and phrases, Robert came across the best term to describe our company, what we do, and our new direction.

Visual Identity: The first step was to establish a general visual direction, considering our differentiating statement in a new way we'd never seen before. Robert came up with three stylescapes, providing three distinctive directions, different looks & feels, typography, colors, and attitude.

Once we agreed on a general visual direction, we felt more comfortable and had a general idea of what to expect. Robert came back and presented us with three different logos. We liked one of them and were not so happy with the other two. Robert returned to the studio and came back with another design, which we liked, and eventually, we chose the one we favored most.

Following our choice, Robert created a cohesive visual language with a complete guideline attached for our future designers to work with and a brand book describing our brand and strategy. Once the branding project was done, we approached Robert regarding our website design and development. We met for a strategy meeting, where we unfolded our current challenges with our existing website and chose where to put our focus.

Website: The first step was creating the static content for our pages. Robert followed our brand book guidelines and conducted SEO and competitive research. He then took that research and created a user-centered, value-oriented microcopy for each page of our website. We went through several revisions and then moved on to the design phase

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We feel our clients, partners, and ecosystem see us in a brand new light, and we've received compliments about the re-branding. It was an insightful, creative process that made us see our business in new ways, and it was enjoyable to see our team embracing the new direction we are heading in.

Having someone who understands what you are going through and pushes back when needed was extremely helpful, as well as someone who worked in startups and has a holistic approach to marketing and sales needs

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment to learning about us was impressive. to understand my specific needs and how to lead us to a new direction while keeping those needs in sight.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the future i would work on my server and not google servers as Robert does.
