Overall, my experience with Beyonders – Digital Solutions was excellent. If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be providing a few more initial design mockups during the early stages, to explore a wider range of creative options before finalizing the layout. Otherwise, their work, communication, and professionalism were outstanding.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen success with the improvement in the flow of our supplier application, the delivery of a functional back office, and the integration of the payment gateway. We've also been able to maintain more leads with the change in the application's flow. Some suppliers have mentioned that the flow is now simpler and easier to follow.

I represent ContractApp, a simple solution for contract creation and project management tailored for small businesses in the service industry. My role involves overseeing the development and growth of our software platform.

What challenge were you trying to address with Beyonders - Digital Solutions?

We needed to develop an MVP for our startup that would allow users to easily create legally binding contracts and manage projects, all without the need for a lawyer. Our goal was to validate our concept in the market and provide a seamless experience for small business users.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Beyonders - Digital Solutions was responsible for building the SaaS platform, including the contract creation tool, e-signature feature, and a mutual project management dashboard. They delivered all of these components and even exceeded our initial expectations for the MVP.

The project began in April 2023 and is ongoing, with continuous improvements and new features being added as we grow.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have conducted around 25 online demonstrations during the beta phase, which generated significant interest. Since relaunching version 2.0, we have gained our first two paid subscribers. The feedback from demo participants has been overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the speed and professionalism of our platform.

The project management was exceptional, with clear communication and immediate response times, even during late hours. The team demonstrated dedication and tenacity throughout the engagement. The team communicates via virtual meetings.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of realistic timelines and budgets. However, I recognize that my own changes and pivots to the MVP contributed to this challenge. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome.
