Our Beyond the Chaos teammate trained our team, set the Teamwork system up to meet our needs, developed custom templates, managed our workflow, helped us screen candidates for the full time Project Manager who would eventually replace her, and then trained that newly hired employee for a month.

The first thing our BTS expert did for us was listen. She interviewed every team member to figure out who we are, what we do and what we needed the tool to do for us. She saw that many projects had been migrated from our old platform into Teamwork and noticed that we could be a lot more efficient with a portfolio of new custom templates.
She set to work developing templates with the team and within a few weeks, was fully versed in the nature of our work and was standing us up on our feet to be able to handle the workload. It was like having a full time combination project manager and trainer helping us.
