I own a small printing company specialising in pre branded sports wear for kids such as gym, football, rugby and more.

Essentially, I was invisible to search engines! Whilst operating in a flooded market, we operate in a small niche which we felt could be explored by the right SEO agency. We urgently required an increase in organic traffic first and foremost as well as an increase in rankings for keywords and finally more orders from organic traffic.

We were referred by an individual in the printing space and were looking for agency expertise within the print industry.

After the initial call we received some in depth keyword research and competitor gap analysis, which outlined what steps would be taken that would bring us closer in terms SEO activity.

I worked with the owner as well as liaised directly with one of the content writers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

While we're not first position as yet, after a couple of months we've seen significant improvement in keyword rankings as well as our organic traffic figures, which now account for over 40% of our overall traffic.

I don't require monthly reports as I view them to be a waste of time on the agencies part. I would rather time was spent optimising my site and creating content than creating a PDF, so we do a call every two weeks where they run down what's been happening, the new content and the successes for that period.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed at which traffic increased has been impressive. I was warned this could take anywhere between 3 and 5 months to register, but I'm seeing more traffic after less than 2. They've delivered everything I've asked for and produced high-performing content that I couldn't have done.

No real criticisms here currently.

Took an existing website which was a mix of a blog and some landing pages and created on a new platform. Improved branding and user experience and supported automation. Advised on design SEO and a whole lot of things I don't understand but made my website miles better.

Met all deadlines- which were very tight, due to a podcast launch. Took all emails/ server across and made the process smooth and professional. Couldn't fault the team at all

Everything was delivered on time and if any amendments needed doing, these were very quick and we worked together on making sure attention to detail was there- I liked this as meant I could trust that they worked in the same way as I do.
