BEON.tech is based in the Argentina, Buenos Aires. Our engineering talent comes primarily from LATAM — especially Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Uruguay, Peru and Chile. We focus on senior engineers who already work with US time zones, English fluency, and proficient tech skills which is why LATAM is our core region. This allows U.S. companies to scale without timezone misalignment, cultural friction, or slow onboarding.

Rates vary based on the engineer’s seniority level, niche expertise, and stack complexity.

BEON.tech acts as the umbrella company. We handle the entire structure end-to-end: sourcing, recruitment, contracts, compliance, payroll, invoicing, and ongoing support. From your side, there’s just one contract with BEON.tech — not dozens of individual agreements with engineers in different LATAM countries. This removes administrative friction, removes legal exposure, and lets you scale senior talent in multiple countries under one unified, compliant structure.

Every candidate goes through a multi-step vetting process run by our own in-house senior technical interviewers. Experts in the same technologies our clients are hiring for. They evaluate depth of experience, problem-solving, architecture thinking, code quality, and real scenario decision-making , not just theory. We also run a cultural alignment interview led by our HR team to ensure the developer will integrate well with US product teams, communication style, and ownership expectations. On top of that, we assess English proficiency to confirm candidates can operate autonomously with US stakeholders. The goal is not volume , it’s accuracy: only a small percentage of profiles reach the presentation stage. Each engineer presented is someone we would hire internally ourselves.
