I am CTO of a digital advertising agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire BEON Tech Studio?
We needed a react.js developer to supplement our staff on an internal project.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?
We had several good interviews with their senior leadership.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
The project was a refactor of an existing internal application built on firebase and react.js. We did a ground up re-write in Typescript and the developer was part of the front end team.

We contacted Beon and sent them a job description tailored to the project. They presented us with candidates which we interviewed and we selected one.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Overall the project was successful. We completed our goal of getting the Typescript refactor complete.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was mostly effective. The developer participated in stand ups and worked within out existing GIT system.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their senior staff was very attentive to our needs.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were some communication issues between us, Beon and the developer. He would inform us of days off we had scheduled with Beon before clearing them with us. This resulted in a few lost days of work that we were not expecting.
