I'm the engineering manager for a team in a SaaS company. We provide software as a service for businesses to manage their legal contracts by providing a workflow to generate the contracts, send it for signature, and AI capability to manage the contracts in bulk (detecting key provisions, fields).

My team hired two front-end engineers to augment our FE development team.

We decided to go with BeON after interviewing candidates provided by BeON.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

The two engineers have been working like a full-time employee and have shown tremendous ownership on the projects that were assigned to them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was effective even though the developers were in Brazil and 4 hours ahead than some of us. Our team is distributed across various time zones, but both engineers seamlessly adapted to the team's sprint process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

BeOn provided high-level developers at an effective cost-ratio.

We were able to meet all deadlines and have confidence in the quality of our deliverables.

BEON employees were part of our teams just like our own full time employees. They worked along side product managers, software engineers, and other QA engineers and SDET's seamlessly.

We hired one engineer through BEON and each time that we need to source more engineers, we go through BEON. We currently only have 1 resource through them but are open to hiring others through BEON.

The workflow is pretty hands off which is appreciated as a startup. Simple comms through Slack connect. Mostly async work.

We like their positive attitude and high level of collaboration of the staff in a rapidly changing startup. They combined this with their ability to quickly learn new technologies has been great to witness.

We hired a contract through BEON for a complex tax calculation project, as well as a supporting role on an internal tool project.
