I am a Partner at Clear Rights, Inc. We do Research and Clearances for TV and Films.

For what projects/services did your company hire Benedikt Design?

Our company hired Benedikt Design to create our website. We loved it so much, we also hired them to create Notecards and our Business cards.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a clean, professional and easy-flowing website. We wanted to stand out against our competitors and Benedikt Design did that and more!

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed other companies but they didn't understand our wants and needs and they were going to take a very long time. Benedikt Design understood us and turned our thoughts into something we could have never dreamed of! We would tell her our ideas and she would take them and run with them.

Describe the project in detail.

We needed a website and Benedikt Design delivered a beautiful, professional, website. We had calls to discuss what we were going for, explaining what we do and what we wanted out of our site. We supplied our Logo (as that was created earlier) and our Bios and some content we wanted on the website.

What was the team composition?

We dealt with Katie from start to end. This made us feel comfortable in the process as she knew exactly what we wanted.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen an increase in our business from the website and our business cards. We also used our personalized Notecards as thank you gifts for clients and that has a big hit. Branding is so important and having a clean product makes it that much better.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very easy. We were nervous to build a website before we found Benedikt Design; she walked us through everything and explained any questions we had. She was always on time for calls/meetings and delivered our products fast and before coming close to any deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Katie blew us away with her ability to turn our vision into a reality for the complete branding, design, and functionality of our website and corporate identity including business and notecards. They were easy to work with, always prompt and professional, and added just the right touch to all of our suggestions. We will definitely be hiring her again for all of our future business needs and cannot recommend her enough.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would and do refer Benedikt Design to anyone I know starting a business or creating a website.
