I'm the co-founder of Codezilla Technology & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. We provide AI, data engineering, custom software, web and mobile app development, and UI/UX design services to help startups and enterprises streamline operations and accelerate growth. We also offer remote developer staffing and digital transformation solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Beliv8 Motion Studios?

We had a product that was much easier to understand when you could see the concept in action rather than read a long description of it. We needed a simple visual story of what the product does, the problem it solves, how a customer would use it, and why it's useful. We needed the videos primarily for the product launch, website, sales conversations, and outreach so that someone seeing the product for the first time could understand the value quickly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Beliv8 Motion Studios handled the full video production process, from concept development through to the final videos. Their team worked on the scripting, storyboard, visual direction, animation, voiceover, editing, and final delivery. We mainly provided the product information, branding, key features, target audience, and feedback during the review rounds.Beliv8 Motion Studios' work included understanding the product, the target audience, and how we wanted to position the product; developing the video concept and overall story; scriptwriting and refining the core messaging; creating the storyboard and visual direction; designing and producing the animations; managing voiceover and final video production; incorporating our feedback through review rounds; and delivering two main assets: an explainer video and a product launch video. They also prepared the final videos for use on our website, sales presentations, outreach, and marketing campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received two launch-ready videos for the product: an explainer and a product launch video. Beliv8 Motion Studios helped us communicate the product and its value much more clearly. Our main success measure was clarity, quality, and launch readiness rather than views or conversion metrics.One thing that stood out was that people who had never seen the product before could understand what it was about after watching the video. Our team also felt the final videos represented the product really well without making the messaging feel too complicated or technical.We didn't track the videos' performance formally, but we noticed that the videos made it much easier to introduce the product in sales conversations and outreach because people could understand it much faster. It helped beyond just the launch. Internally, it gave our team a much clearer and more consistent way to present the product, especially in sales calls and demos.

What impressed us most was how quickly they understood the product and the story we were trying to tell. We didn't have to spend a lot of time explaining every small detail. They took our inputs, added their own creative thinking, and turned it into something that felt very close to how we wanted the product to be presented.The communication was also very easy throughout the project, which made the whole process feel quite collaborative rather than transactional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing significant comes to mind. The overall process was smooth. If anything, continuing to bring even more of their own creative ideas and suggestions early in the process would make an already good collaboration even stronger.
