I'm the owner of the company. We are located in Sacramento, CA. My company is new, and we paint cars, and wrap them as well.

As a new business, we were trying to get leads from different sources. Actually, we get many leads from craigslist. Sometime they show so much interest, and ask for appointment. But, unfortunatly, most of the times they don't show up. So, we hired Beez Agency to build a website and a payment processing page, so that we can ask for deposits.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to make sure clients show up to the meeting. If they pay most probably they will show up. I told Beez to set up 30% deposit, so that I can assure I have a client who will show up ask for our service.

I heard from a friend who lives in Los Angeles. She said this company is very reputable, and they do their best to help the client. Also, they are affordable, and have good pricing options.

First, I'm very please for purchasing a great existing, and expired domain for us. When they show the power of the domain, and compared it with many businesses, I was so impressed. Then, they created many account for us. and did the design. I told them go easy, and make a simple website at this point. The most important part for me is to be able to collect deposits.

What was the team composition?

I talked to Mike all the time, I'm sure he has couple of designers working for him. I know they have a content writers and SEO specialist, and I will be working with them in near future.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Even before my webpage was done, I got the link to be able to post it on Craigslist and acquire deposits. The website is still under construction, but I'm using the link for the payment processing page and asking for deposits when people call me. This has reduced cancelation. And, they all show up to meeting after they pay.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was very smooth. I was busy most of the time late time. Most of the time we had discussion on the phone.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I really appreciate Mike he was helping me after working hours. All of our conversations happened after 7:00 PM, and he was helping me gladly. I asked him to setup PayPal business account. And, he did it on Sunday, at 5:00 pm. I really appreciate his understanding. Mike is just like the way my friend told me about. I've found someone that I can share my concerns with and get help from.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I got nothing to say. I wish them the best, and appreciate for their hard work.

Our reputation was going bad because of couple unfair reviews. In addition, competition was increasing and competitors gaining momentum. We wanted to know what they were doing. So, after some research they did, we decided to hire them for search engine optimization, content writing, social media marketing, and optimization of our website.

Our goals for this project was to gain momentum, and compensate the fall back. We wanted recognition and branding.

We were performing research to find the right marketing agency. After we visited their website, and saw their satisfaction guarantee, we decided to make a call. After talking to the manager Mike, we loved his honesty, and up front appoaches. After our first consulting we decided to trust him, and let him to develop marketing strategies for our dental business.

With their strategic approaches, they attack the problem in multiple ways. First they advised us to attract traffic from search engines for free. So they implemented SEO, optimized our website, created content, and let Google rank our site. This resulted flow of free traffic from search engines. While, this was in process, they ran Google ads to get paid traffic for us. And, for our branding purpose they created social media ads on Facebook and Instagram. Down the road we hire them to run our email marketing campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We always conducted the main person. He was in charge of distributing the parts of the project among his team members. He had control over the entire work, by just being in the center of the circle.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started getting calls, after our ranking kicked in on search engines. Then, branding helped we get recognition. That brought more clients after we created authority in the market on social media. With our email campaigns we started offering services to our clients that, booked our schedules and generated more revenue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Because of complexity of the projects, we assumed things to get out of control. However, they were passionate about their task, and manage things very good. And, the most important part was to see a good result, which we did, and let them to manage their work their own way. So, that our team cooperated with them just the way they wanted things to go forward.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are dedicated, honest, and obligated. That's what we loved about them. They feel that they are part of our company and do their best as if they were. That's why we kept doing business with them, and will do business with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve on time frame. But, I think for the complexity of the projects with many different campaign, their quality was the concern. So, I cannot tell how they could improve that.
