In the initial phase, the objective was to construct three landing pages to enhance the effectiveness of our Meta advertising campaigns. Following the creation of these pages, we conducted A/B testing through Google Optimize, comparing the performance against the product page. Based on the insights gathered, we iterated on the landing pages to further optimize performance. 

In the subsequent phase, the focus shifted towards elevating the conversion rate across the entire website. Under Kanika's leadership, the team proposed commencing with refinements to the home page. Witnessing a significant uplift in performance, we transitioned to executing tests and optimizations on the product pages.

One of the landing pages increase RPS by over 190% adding new monthly revenue of $4,800. Homepage optimization project added $148K in ARR.

We developed a landing page roadmap to run a series of tests to increase conversion rate and performance of our Meta ad buying and convert possible popcorn lovers into Franklin's popcorn enthusiasts. We've done a total of 8 versions of different tests and landers, each time getting more and more out of the experience. 

So much so that for our new brand, Popsmith, we had the BBG team build an amazing landing page with the collected learnings of our other brand to deliver a top line experience for our brand new website.

Absolutely. There was a roadmap and a continued understanding of each goal we were trying to reach. Great reporting after every milestone to understand the impact of our work

Great communication. Shared slack channel, good project management. I never waited for a response longer than 24 hours and each person on our project had the ability to quickly get us answers and respond with actionable data.

They were super smart, had high integrity, and provided great work, which is rare to find in a partner. So much so that we consider Kanika and her team experts in e-commerce, etc. One of the things that I love is that when it's not working they're the first to bring it up. They'll admit to failure quickly as an opportunity to learn and pivot quickly back to winning.

PDP not only looks great, but has increased our web conversion from around 8% to on average above 13% - which is phenomenal

Kanika owns the process like a true pro - she communicates clearly, never overpromises (in actual fact, she'd rather tell me up front something isn't possible, rather than pretend the team can do it and then let me down later) - cannot fault them!

They're genuinely interested. They're not into gimmicks - everyone is all about "Make sure the CTA is above the fold etc" - in reality it's more than that - it's about creating a great looking, functional page displaying the features of a good product. Love this about the team

I wish they could do more work for us!

Kanika and her team are experts in building pages like this so the decision was easy. Through guided discussions, they were able to identify the core value propositions and develop the language to be used on the landing pages.

Beda Beda was developing 2 new landing pages for high specific use cases of our audience. We met a couple of times to review the core value propositions and then they submitted rounds of landing page versions allowing us to give feedback and develop pages we were all confident about.

We are a digital marketing consulting firm. An eCommerce client saw some really peculiar purchasing behavior so we engaged BedaBeda to both audit the web platform and help us build conversion funnels (landing pages) to try and up engagement rates.

Sales were falling off unnaturally for the season, and CPA's were getting more expensive in spite of our work. So we shifted focus to conversion rate optimization to see if we could make up for more expensive traffic at the bottom end.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

BedaBeda came in and performed a deep buyer analysis, walking through our client's website from a purchasing perspective. They organized that analysis into a project plan - some on site adjustments and a new product-specific landing pages to help attack conversion from multiple fronts.

It started with an audit, then progressed into a very detailed project plan - what we'd test on site, and the landing page project. None of the work we do internally is approached with this level of detail or sophistication. That's partly why we needed a specialist for this project, but it was still surprising. Once we started 'the work' they actually did all of the building / adjusting themselves. So the project as a whole was fairly low overhead for us.

We worked with two on their side, but more did the 'work' behind the scenes. It was a big project.

We saw a meaningful lift in conversion rate, that immediately resulted in more traffic (cheaper) from the ad platforms. We always want more revenue, but this gave us a big win at a critical time.

Our collaboration was great — they were always ahead of us. I think if anything we slowed down the project.

It's rare to find a team that understands the 'psychology' of buying online, and the numbers behind it. Usually great writers don't get the data like these guys do.

BedaBeda was highly recommended by industry leaders and after several interviews with Kanika (Company founder), we were highly impressed with her ability to understand customer journeys and breakdown problems in order to find small consistent wins that compound over time.

Kanika and her team first did an audit of our site, paid funnels, and acquisition strategy in order to get a better sense of where we might find quick wins or red flags that needed to be addressed. After the initial audit, BedaBeda laid out a complete list of experiments and actions to start understanding what would drive conversion lift to our site. Once experiments were launched they were monitored daily and adjusted until winners or losers were found. This reinforced the initial hypothesis and gave the team more insights into what to test next.

We mostly worked with the founder directly although she had a complete DEV. team that worked on our site.

BedaBeda did an excellent job of identifying opportunities and implementing them in order to increase our conversion. They effectively changed one of our LPS which drove the highest traffic to our site with a new version that converted much better.

The results from our work with Bedabeda Growth were both immediate and significant. The most notable outcome came from the optimization of our Compression Socks product page, which produced the following measurable improvements:

• +7.15% increase in revenue per visitor

These uplifts translated into a projected +223,607 kr in additional monthly revenue and +2,683,284 kr in annual revenue, based on our current traffic levels.

All tests were run with proper statistical significance, and the results were consistently tracked and reported. These numbers clearly demonstrate the value Bedabeda brought to the table and the direct impact their CRO work had on our bottom line.

What impressed me most was their deep CRO knowledge and research-driven approach. They didn’t rely on guesswork — every change was backed by user data, heatmaps, and clear hypotheses. Their ability to spot friction points we hadn’t noticed and turn them into impactful tests really set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BedaBeda Growth could have done differently?

One thing I would have appreciated is if custom coding was included in the price, rather than being an added cost. It would also have been great to see more than one big test per month. Lastly, it would’ve added more value if tools like Intelligems and Replo were included in the package, as they’re essential parts of the CRO workflow.
