Communication and access to our representative has always been top notch.  Their apporach to "action Items" has been great and we are seeing very positive results.

I would recommend they learn as much about their customers business and the customers wants and needs before they start going down any roads without working with the client.  I would recommend they not rely on AI for content creating and should have a trained proof reader review content for sentance structure and redundancies.

We worked together from August 2020–June 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were really good at using Pixel, which helped improve our digital presence. In just four months, we garnered over a thousand customers, which then doubled a few months later.

How did Bear Fox Marketing, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Bear Fox was able to scale our business according to our needs during the initial eight months of our partnership. We mainly used Zoom and email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really liked how they treated our company as a real partner because they were very sincere in helping us achieve our goals and become successful. They provided us with a professional environment to work in and we really enjoyed our meetings together.

Are there any areas they could improve?

As we were approaching the iOS 14 update, they weren’t really ready on what to expect. They could improve on preparing and adapting to emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Before working with Bear Fox Marketing, I would advise you to make sure that the team has fully adapted to the current state of social media marketing, specifically for Facebook now that Pixel isn’t really effective anymore.

Bear Fox Marketing was a referral from our current marketing agency. We had several in-depth conversations with their team and asked them about their experience and the advantages of bringing them to the table compared to other agencies. Then, they put together a proposal for us. After reviewing it, we felt that they would be the best fit for our team, so we moved forward.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Bear Fox Marketing has helped us increase our lead volume better than other SEO and PPC partners that we worked with in the past. As we’re in a very competitive business, I don’t want to disclose exact numbers. However, they’ve helped us increase our lead generation enough to justify what we’ve spent, and we’ve seen a strong ROI come out of those efforts.

How did Bear Fox Marketing, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Bear Fox Marketing’s project management is excellent. We’re a very demanding client, but they’ve been incredible to work with, and they’ve helped us elevate our own game. We communicate via email, Slack, and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bear Fox Marketing took the time to understand our industry instead of just promising instant results. We’re in a complicated and highly technical industry, so it requires a lot of knowledge to make the impact that they have made. They invested an incredible amount of time in making that happen.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn’t ask Bear Fox Marketing to do anything differently; they’ve never overpromised. From the start, they said that this project would be a challenge, and they've worked hard with us. I believe that they thought it would be easier, but when they realized that it wouldn’t, they stepped up to the challenge.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take their advice. We felt that we had a very good understanding of what needed to be done, but we were open and willing to try new ideas that Bear Fox Marketing suggested, and we’ve seen the results pay off because of that.

We interviewed several candidate firms and chose BearFox based on their relate-ability, professionalism, and perceived discipline.

First we executed an audit, we discussed our goals, outlined the needed steps we wanted to take, and began. We discuss regularly and make adjustments constantly.

Not at the moment. We are pleased with the trends, however.

Their workflow has been acceptable from the beginning and has strengthened as we progress.

They are in Boise. I have not worked with a firm in Boise before ;)

During the budget discussions, they rolled the advertising spend into their management fees. This is very deceptive and it unnecessarily inflates their quotation. It was difficult to separate their actual management fees from the total spend. The adv expense could easily go up and down, I was interested in knowing the cost of their services and it was not clear.

There have not been any measurable outcomes or changes in leads or website traffic yet, but I am hopeful that the project will help grow my business in the future.

It is still early in the engagement, and there have not been any deliverables or results to evaluate their project management performance at this stage. We communicate via in-person meetings, emails, and messages.

 We’ve struggled over the past few years to gain traction on organic keyword rankings. In addition, our paid advertising was getting lackluster results at best.

 We’ve only begun transferring responsibilities over and strategizing our plan to move forward. We’ve granted Bear Fox Marketing access to our paid Google Ads and website. Currently, Bear Fox Marketing is in the initial stages of analyzing, planning, and developing the best strategy moving forward.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 We’re still in the early stages of the project, so we don’t have any results yet. However, Bear Fox Marketing has promised an ROI specific to various marketing channels. Our paid ads should begin producing better quality leads, although that’s a difficult metric to track. We’ll track the cost per acquisition or click for our paid ads, but the full circle picture of what actual revenue is generated from those marketing efforts will be a priority. For SEO, we’ll pay attention to keyword rankings, organic traffic, and better indexing of our website.

How did Bear Fox Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

 Everyone has been very punctual, although not much time has passed for anything to be delivered. We communicate via Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Hayden is very laid back but seems interested in determining exactly what our main goals and concerns are. The sales pitch isn’t too strong, and Bear Fox Marketing has devoted plenty of time to listening and trying to find out if we’d be a good fit for them. They seem very organized and professional so far.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 There’s nothing Bear Fox Marketing could do better at this point. My main concern is that we are spending a lot of money and they've already shared a few things that will cost extra.  I'm afraid the nickel and diming has only just begun.  If the results are there, this will be less of a concern...but that will take some time to conclude.
