Beacon's Ponit edits video to create a story line for customer success videos. They add motion graphics and also supply social media clips from the full video. These videos are very important to our company for brand awareness.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're still in the early phase of distributing these customer videos, but we've already been able to see results in the form of leads. The videos are used with the customer to cross promote and reach the others cutomer base.

The responsivenes is fantastic. We have timelines and boards to post ongoing edits. Timelines are met and again, they are super responsive. I have to put that twice because it's hard to find a company that follows through and communicates.

They wanted to be part of the process. When we're preparing to shoot video they give tips and tricks and help with the storyline. That way the video editing comes much easier.

Right now we're running a pretty tight ship with them so I don't see any areasy of improvement yet.

Beacons Point came onside to a conference of ours where we scheduled 7 customer interviews over the course of the day, videoed our customers, some B roll footage or our employees meetig with customers,  and then did the entire video edit to final.  This included:

• taking some of the interviews to use as voiceovers while creating annimatin and inserting B-roll and stock footage
• stitching the story together for each ouf our four products using customer interview content
• delivering us the final testimonial video that also served as an general explainer for our products.

Beacon's Point (Somer was our videographer and editor) was great about communicating thier timeline, status, needs and keeping our assets organized and updated. We were slow on our end to get the appovals through and assets needed and they were patient, thorough and did a great job meeting our needs and expectations.

We asked that Beacon's Point work with the design team to shoot a video that would present the renovation proects of both a hotel and a restaurant. The video included both cover of the project, as well as interviews with the design team and their clients. Additionally, there was some VO included in the restaurant piece. Beacon's Point edited both pieces for use as promotion for the firm, as well as social media applications.

While Beacons Point delivered exceptional results overall, there is always room for improvement. One area they could enhance is their sales process and portfolio, they do great work but don't show it off well. Additionally, expanding their range of production capabilities to doing 3D Renderings could provide even more versatility to their service offerings. These adjustments would elevate their already impressive service to new heights.

As a small-town dealership that is close to the city, creating and continuing to build on the local community aspect of the dealership is important to gaining customer business and loyalty - especially given the shift towards bigger known entities, like auto groups. For this project, the scope of work was to create a video that could be used to help create brand recognition for internal screens and for event media.

The measurable outcome for us was a video that resonated with our customers, which given the positive comments we received from customers who viewed it in the lounge was very positive. The video highlights community initiatives we do, like sponsoring the local basketball program, with the highlight of the program being the young stars NCAA signing their contracts in our showroom - things that don't come up in a conversation organically but help create a connection with the customer.
