The whole process was very interactive and lean. We had very detailed separate training sessions each one with a very clear and specific focus. After each session, we received very well-prepared and very useful materials and exercises that helped us understand and practice all the important points of the Outreach process. Emilia was very responsive and well-organized during the project and even after we had all the planned sessions.

• We managed to make several Outreach campaigns and had great leads and potential new projects from it. We redesigned our website, Linkedin profiles and pages, our presentations, and the whole online presence and we get great feedback from all partners and clients.

The whole process was very well organized. Each session was well planned and we received all the materials on time so we can test some ideas between the sessions. BeBrave is very flexible and adapted to our program and planning.

They showed us how to "be brave" and test new ideas and approaches. Their solution is so well designed as it's quickly adaptable to every business domain and they show you precisely how to do it during all the sessions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Be Brave Solutions could have done differently?

I would say almost non. Just some very small and not important things like using full text and not images for some of the material as it could be easier to copy/paste some of the things. Also, the screenshots of some of the material were a little outdated as the tools changed their UI but this wasn't a problem at all as it helped me to not stupidly copy/paste but think about it :)

We did some investigation and interviews with different companies but at the end decision was on BeBrave. Main field of companies research was Linkedin. Good reputation and started information provided on web kept our focus on them.

Introduction meeting where we were familiar with scope of our sessions and what gone pass through it. All sessions lasted couple of hours each with lot of explanations and communication between participants. After each session we had to do exploration and creation of some researches with tasks. Every exploratory session taught us new tools and approaches for potential customers.

Two of us focused on different types of clients and way of approach to diverse niche. We ran different campaign.

Be Brave Solutions provides us with sales and marketing consulting services. We started the engagement by discussing how we positioned ourselves and who our competitors are. After that, they helped us come up with a strategy to reach out to our target audience. We then analyzed our brand guidelines, website, and offers and compared them against our competitors’. Based on our findings, we did benchmarketing analysis to figure out which areas we should focus on improving.

Be Brave Solutions suggested we do LinkedIn outreach. This involves sourcing out companies through LinkedIn and directly messaging them to see if they need help implementing blockchain solutions. They also handle our email outreach efforts.
