Our magento e-commerce store has been developed and managed by Manish and his team at Bay20 software consultancy services for the past many years.

We were actively looking for certified magento developers to upgrade our e-commerce portal onto magento platform, after doing tons of research after talking to the owner of their company Mr Manish Mehta we finally zeroed in on Bay20 software. They didn't disappoint, their knowledge, expertise and service was top class and they delivered the project on time

They developed a magento e-commerce store from the scratch with over 10000 different product pages, with various attributes and also installed several extensions to finally deliver what was required.

At least 5 members of Bay20 software team worked with us. Mr Wargis Mehta, the project manager was in constant touch with us, giving us regular updates and asking for our approval wherever needed. Their main developer Mr Rajesh has also been in regular touch with us, he understood our expectations and delivered far and beyond.

After launching our new magento store we saw a boost in our google rankings, increased traffic to our shop and happy customers.

Bay20's communication is top notch. They are always available - on phone, WhatsApp, Skype, email - you name it. Our project was divided into 4 phases and each phase was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their knowledge and expertise about the magento platform is second to none. They knew what they were doing and delivered far beyond our expectations. They are real problem solvers, they find a solution to everything.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the time of the launch their were some minor bugs which were expected in such a large site and the issues were addressed immediately
