cmsMinds serves as Royal Products’ primary web development partner, providing ongoing development, optimization, and technical support for our WordPress/WooCommerce eCommerce ecosystem. The scope of work includes front-end and back-end development, custom functionality, third-party integrations, site performance improvements, UX enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

Key deliverables have included the development and rollout of enhanced product category and shopping experiences; HawkSearch integration and customization; custom tools for bulk product and attribute management; improvements to product pages, cart, checkout, and cross-sell/upsell functionality; Avalara tax integration support; analytics and tracking-related development; API and system integration work; and ongoing troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.

cmsMinds has also supported the development of Royal’s new international website, and continues to assist with initiatives designed to make Royal’s digital infrastructure more scalable, improve the customer purchasing experience, streamline internal product management, and ultimately increase online traffic, conversions, and revenue.

The partnership has produced several measurable and tangible improvements across Royal Products’ digital ecosystem. Key outcomes include the successful rollout of redesigned shopping grids and enhanced filtering across multiple major product categories, implementation of new bulk product and attribute management capabilities that significantly reduce the time required to maintain large product catalogs, and improvements to the cart, checkout, product pages, and overall purchasing experience.

The project has also enabled more accurate analytics and conversion tracking, expanded our ability to support cross-selling and upselling, improved site accessibility and compliance, and provided a more scalable development framework for future eCommerce initiatives. In addition, cmsMinds successfully supported the development and launch preparation of our internaltional website, giving Royal a dedicated platform for future international growth.

Overall, the work has allowed Royal to deploy website improvements faster, manage product data more efficiently, provide customers with a better product discovery and purchasing experience, and establish a stronger technical foundation for continued growth in online traffic, conversions, and revenue.

cmsMinds has been very effective from a project management standpoint. They consistently deliver projects and requested updates on time and have been highly responsive to our needs, including when priorities shift or time-sensitive requests arise.

Communication has been quick and reliable, primarily through email and Wrike, which we use to manage projects, track progress, provide feedback, and communicate updates. Their team is easy to reach, responds promptly to questions and requests, and does a good job of keeping projects moving forward. Overall, they have been dependable, organized, and flexible throughout our partnership.

What has impressed us about cmsMinds is their responsiveness, flexibility, and ability to understand our business and translate our needs into practical solutions. Royal Products has a fairly specialized B2B eCommerce environment with complex products, product data, integrations, and custom functionality, and their team has been able to adapt well to those requirements.

They are also very willing to take on custom development projects rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf solutions. Whether it is a small website improvement or a larger custom integration, they are quick to communicate, collaborative in finding the right solution, and dependable in getting the work completed.

The process was easy. We told the team what we needed and they went to work. They presented us 3 designs and we choose the one we liked best. After we had the design in place, we gave them small adjustments and they finish the overall project way under deadline.

Maybe a little more CSS for desktop. But we are thrilled that they consider the impact on mobile to keep the speed optimization in place. We love the honesty in that! This will help the site better monetize! The quality was great and delivery was spot on.

Sneaker Vault is an online marketplace for sneakers in Europe. It is developed using CodeIgniter and the services provided was to help complete the website to 100% which included a lot of backend work on the admin panel side and on the website itself.

There has been 6 team members and all of them were consistently covering the website's development and overseeing the entire operation.

I was expecting them to fix the previous developers' mistakes and complete the website and see through that the website is functional and 100% complete. They checked off all the boxes and delivered a beautifully operational website. They see through that there were nothing missing even after delivery.

There were no issues in terms of communication. Even though we were working from two different time zones, all points of contact with CMS were always available and were always helpful and provided much needed guidance to get this project complete.
