I'm the Technical Team Leader of the R&D department at Grupo RAS. This multinational company specializes in the planning and management of logistics services. Our team provides highly specialized services to the firm's business units across the continent.

For what projects/services did your company hire Búsquedas IT?

As a Technical Leader in the IT area, one of our most challenging tasks is to find professionals who balance a solid technical background with valuable soft skills. We reached Busquedas IT for the initial candidate selection and psychological profiles.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Busquedas IT is one of the most recognized HR consulting firms specialized in IT selection processes.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

Sofía, our assigned consultant has a good understanding of our company needs and profile. So, for every new position, and after an initial meeting and some polishing on the wanted profile, we promptly start receiving pre-selected candidates for our review.

After some interviews carried on by our company, Busquedas IT performs a psychological interview for some more in-depth research of the candidate. This last interview offers us very interesting feedback on the postulant's strong suits, where to work on improving, their expectations on the position, and their motivation.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

An HR consultant kept with us the whole project while a psychologist joined the team for specialized interviews.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

One of the proofs of their excellence is the difficult times we found choosing between proposed candidates. The vast majority of them filled the vacancy with flying colors. Their evaluation of the candidate's profile and the understanding of our needs meant the addition of exceptional resources. Both as professional and great colleagues.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project is all but bureaucratic. They keep in contact all along the process, even after the proposal is accepted and the candidate is hired. They also keep close contact with candidates helping them along the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

IT is a complex subject on the HR terrain. Great candidates on paper do not always translate to great candidates on the field. We look for professionals that are not only able to provide high-quality software but to interact with other non-technical departments. Busquedas IT has excelled in fulfilling all of our requirements regarding the candidates.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As someone once said, there is always room for improvement. But we are glad for the services provided so far.

They did several interviews with candidates and did technical and psychological evaluations knowing the internal working of our company to find the best person for the job.

I work in a fintech company, AstroPay. We have a payment solution, a digital prepaid card, to make payments with alternative methods to a credit card. We are present in emerging markets, like LATAM, Asia, and Africa. I'm an HR Manager here in AstroPay.

I hire Busquedas IT for selection and recruiting services, mostly for the Tech Departments, looking for backend developers, mobile developers, UX/UI Designers. 

What were your goals for this engagement?

The main goal is to keep growing fastly, we are looking for many positions and BIT helps us to hire accurate profiles for the positions we have.

I worked with them in a past job that i had. It was a really good experience, the girls are so results-driven, good in communication, proactive and effective in the processes.

We hired them to help us with selection processes we have opened or to be open. Busquedas IT does the complete selection proccess, from headhunting to do the offer.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Less than a month, we hired two important positions, if we haven´t count with BIT probably it could be taken more time. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective, we are in contact most of the time via Whatsapp or mail to update about the different positions and situations we have.

Their effectiveness and professionalism impressed us.
