Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a video production company. I am the executive producer at our company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Azympto?

We help businesses with process improvement videos for in house teams. We wanted to build a state of the art platform to deliver these video to our clients.

What were your goals for this project?

The key goal of the platform is to demonstrate ROI for the investment on process improvement videos. For this, it is important that video consumption by each team member is tracked closely. The platform lets team managers assign videos to team members (to be watched) and monitor progress.

How did you select this vendor?

I came to know about Azympto through BNI. I reviewed few apps developed by Azympto and was convinced about their ability to deliver the solution.

Describe the project in detail.

We had a high level idea of what we wanted to do. We had a few discussion with Azympto which helped us get a clear idea on what could be accomplished within our budget. Azympto also helped us with a great UI/UX design for the project. After the designs were approved, platform was delivered in phases, with periodic phased deliveries.

What was the team composition?

We worked directly with the founder and lead development engineer. The team has skills on front-end, back-end, cloud technologies and app development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With the platform, stake holders can clearly view content consumption within the teams. The key to this success was a great UI/UX, high quality, super responsive app that allowed managers and team members use the app without any issue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After initial requirement discussion, we had periodic discussions on as needed basis. Azympto team was very open in initiaiting discussions when required. The phased deliveries ensured we could track the progress/direction of the platform development.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed their professionalism, in-depth technology knowledge, ability to understand our vision about product. Their ability to help define the Minimum Viable Product was the key to us being able to pursue this platform. They are committed to our success.
