Axioma IT designed and implemented a custom Odoo-based system that centralizes administrative management, invoicing to sponsors and CROs, payment control, and bank reconciliation. Modules for inventory tracking, internal order registration, and supplier management were also incorporated.

Overall, we are very satisfied with Axioma IT’s work. The only area for improvement would be to further develop the graphical reporting tools and enhance the integration of information at a macro level to provide a more visual and comprehensive overview of the data.

It was our first project with an IT solutions provider, they understood our situation, so we did a great and detailed common work of needs assessment before the kick up. They have been very receptive to feedback and improvement proposals.
