WebAdmin Login Modifications: Modification to identify the user's province and direct to his profile. Modifications WebAdmin Profiles Generate a new profile (provincial user) that has restricted access. Control Panel "Provincial" Generate a new screen that shows the reports filtered by your province.Modifications Recording Reports When recording a report, a reverse geolocation must be done to obtain the province (state) + country (country) and assign it to the report. 

In addition, the sending of mail with the notice must be modified to add the users of said state. User Groups Generate new ABM (it doesn't exist today) and add the assignment of country + responsible state to the "provincial" users. ABM of States/ Countries Generate the ABM and include a field for integration with Google Maps and referrer data.
