Director of a music record label based in the UK. We specialise in ambient music distribution across all the digital music services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Aventussoftware, and what were your goals?

We needed a new database to manage, populate and automate a series of extremely complicated processes that were involved in the creation of our products. The goals were to merge all our existing databases and processes (held locally on Excel and other platforms) into one cloud based database designed by Aventus which could be accessed remotely and securely by our team.

This would then allow us to create products, update and manage our data all in one place at a fraction of the time. This ultimately would save us a great deal of time and therefore money, as well as increase our data integrity and accuracy.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Aventus had great reviews and costs and the communication from the beginning was excellent

Key deliverables were a finished, polished database capable of storing millions of rows of data in multiple tables that all interact with each other. Multiple automated processes needed creating that interacted and populated multiple tables and then produced excel files which could be downloaded remotely by the team

2 people worked on the team - the owner and a developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Database is up and running, after multiple iterations resulting from project creep on our side and works beautifully. It is more polished than we imagined, streamlined and works seamlessly. Each deliverable has been met and a few additions were added from their side that have made the final product even better.

Communication was excellent throughout - very quick to respond to either email, phone call or text and plenty of meetings updating regularly on the process as well as when needed if bugs were found or requirements needed fleshing out

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed, cost and communication have all been excellent. This job was not small at all and was something that will benefit the entire business massively. They are very flexible to our changing requirements and happy to make suggestions to improve the product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was very professional and I wouldn't change anything about the process or result

We got reference from our known source for this company. We had online discussions on our requirements & after 3 rounds of technical discussion we got a comprehensive techno-commercial proposal. Our team found their offerings technically in line with our requirement & very competitive as compared to other vendors, which made us confident to move ahead with Aventus software team.

The company created software which communicates with our Gateway device for fetching data of our equipment. The data was further analysed & output parameters were displayed after series of calculations on our screen. The reports were generated on weekly & monthly basis of system performance along with realtime display.

We were interacting with a project manager assigned for this project. There was 1 more person doing backend work on programming & 1 person working on display graphics.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We implemented the solutions from July onwards & till date got positive feedback from 10 of 12 installations, which is very encouraging at starting stage of our IOT project. We had got nearly 50 more interested clients now & our marketing team expects nearly 150 clients to add before year ends.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had email exchanges & video calls during development & implementation stages. The workflow was seamless & their team was supportive on time flexibility, which is appreciated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's level of technical understanding was outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We do not see any major area of improvement required by them. There are some minor area of improvement like timely documents uploading, which got improvised later.

After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's services and created a landing page with a contact form.

CEO was managing the project and there was one Senior Developer who was working on the development

Aventus Software team has delivered all work as per our expectation, they were very hard working and always available to answer any questions. Delivered all work on time with good quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their project management was really good as CEO Estride Suite – Award winning horse and rider suite was handling it by himself and he has more than 15 years of experience in IT industry. They were sending the regular update report, communicating regularly through Google meet or Phone and delivering all work on time in given estimation.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very Hardworking, Great Responsive Service, Combination of Good Tech skills, Their CEO was involved in all projects, so it feels like personalized service.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't think so as I was very happy with the work and services. I would like to work with them in future as well.
