The project management was always on one level, friendly, and respectful. All agreements were carved in stone. New challenges were discussed right away, and due to the clear focus of the project goals, we always found an agreement both sides could work with.

Even though we hired only a test team, the consulting, and discussion were so helpful to the project that we exceeded the collaboration over more projects and other services.

We did not expect to find that level of collaboration over such a long time period.

After the first project, both sides agreed to meet more often in person, especially on the project management level.
