Chris was the designer, Bryant built the website. Their team also included a great photographer (incl. drone) that is vital to a great site.

Favorable reviews from commercial real estate brokerage community (in fact they are trying to copy our sites) Trying to hire our photographers Most importantly our prospective tenants get to see the buildings and how their space might look before making a commitment

They cared, and the listened. Moreover they have more than one design, we used them for 3 different real estate developments and each site was unique and reflects the qualities of that project

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only suggestion is that their services are more turnkey. In our case we were initially tasked with developing the language for the websites. Ultimately, they took this task in house, which was much easier for us.

Our project is under construction and a work in progress. The website has not launched yet, but we have received very favorable comments on our branding and logo design.
