We had a kick off meeting where the scope was discussed. After that we had weekly touch point meetings where we discussed the work to be completed for the next week. We're running on an Azure stack, SQL database and C## front end

We are 80% trough the development of the PoC and I'm happy with the progress made every week. We expect to complete full functionality in the next 3 week.s

we had bi-daily standups, using skype and communication tool as well as screen sharing for the results/ queries. The team has been very diligent on attending meetings and pulling through on issue resolution.

We are an IT consultation company basic in Hong Kong

We have a client who wants to redevelop the d-law.com portal in Azure using C#. The system will hold millions of high court cases in the server and allow users to search the cases using context-free search and each search must be within a few seconds.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we have been working with this vendor for years and they have a very competitive cost and delivery the application on time and with good quality

The system is developed using C# and MSSQL using Azure. We have given them the logical design and they will work on the physical design after our approval, they developed the system accordingly. The deliverable is the d-law.com portal and also the backend administrative website for the client to enter the court cases, managing users etc.

There is 1 supervisor and 2-3 developers

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The system is developed within the agreed time ie 8 months and the system is up and running in Nov 2021 and is running smoothly since then. The system is very stable and with UI design and good performance.

We are using GitHub to do the version control and also issue log. We communicate by Skype and by phone. They provide daily reports per developer thru our internally developed reporting system.

We have direct access to all developers on a daily basis and the communication is good, they have demos regularly on a monthly basis and we appreciated their effort in making the system work on time and with good performance.

They can be more proactive with suggestions for better design.

To create a user friendly website with a specific list of requirements and for it to be uploaded to my webhost server.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Found this vendor through Freelancer, after discussing price and timeframe for 15 minutes, I could see this was the right choice.

The website had many features such as: - Student, Teacher and Admin Logins - Password Resets - Article publishing - Creating and editing events - Payment gateways Once the project was awarded to Augurs Technologies, they sent me over a GNATT chart including milestone payment breakdowns, what steps would be completed by a certain date and how they would implement it.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked closely with 2 people, Caroline and Vikki. Caroline was the main point of communication and we set up a couple video calls throughout the duration of the project as she would check I was satisfied with the work being done and if there was anything else that needed attention. Vikki was heading up the website development and worked very quickly and to the best of his ability which I greatly appreciate. These people were awesome to work with and I thank them both very much.

Still unknow yet as our marketing structure is yet to be put in to affect, however from the people I have shown the site to, there was very positive feedback thus far

All timeframes were delivered promptly, and if there was ever a delay it was communicated well so I knew what was going on at all times. The relationship between client and staff is very good at Augurs Technologies.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How adaptable they were to my changes, about halfway through some of the milestones. I would ask for some big changes to existing work and they would have it done so quickly with no hesitation. It was great!

Nope, honestly very good overall :)

The team worked hard and delivered beyond the scope. At many times i got things changed and redeveloped to which the team did without any hesitation and within time. They created a bug free product and it has got 5 star reviews from may users.

The Project Manager Ana is very efficient in communications and is always available 24*7 and willing to talk. She also linked me with the developers and they were also willing to talk whenever i wanted. Full Gannt chat and milestones were prepared and we worked around it.

They were willing to go beyond the scope and without any hesitation.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No as everything done was of my liking.
