Audentes Tech supported Hairpin Consulting with a variety of Salesforce-related projects for our nonprofit clients. The scope of work included Salesforce configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, mostly within the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) environment. They assisted with automation (Flows and Process Builder), data model adjustments, user permission settings, and overall CRM clean-up and usability improvements.

Key deliverables included:

Review and refinement of existing Salesforce setups
Custom automation using Flows to reduce manual admin work
Updates to object relationships, page layouts, and field configurations
Help with data imports and deduplication
Clear documentation and handoff notes for ongoing use
Responsive support for ad hoc Salesforce issues and requests
Audentes acted as an extension of our team, jumping in to support both short-term fixes and longer-term improvements across multiple client orgs.

Audentes Tech helped improve the stability, usability, and efficiency of multiple Salesforce orgs we manage for nonprofit clients. Their work directly reduced the amount of time our team—and our clients—spent on manual data entry and troubleshooting.

As a result:
- System errors and user confusion dropped significantly after their cleanup of layouts, fields, and permissions.
- Clients were able to adopt Salesforce more confidently with cleaner data and simpler interfaces.

What stood out most about Audentes Tech was their deep expertise with the Salesforce platform. They clearly know the system inside and out, which made even complex requests feel manageable.

I also appreciated that they understood how U.S.-based organizations operate—something that’s not always a given with external partners. With a bit of coaching, they quickly grasped the nuances of how nonprofits function, especially the mix of fundraising, programs, and compliance we deal with. That combination of Salesforce fluency and willingness to learn our context made them a really strong partner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Audentes Tech could have done differently?

The only minor challenge was the time zone difference, but honestly, the Audentes team was incredibly accommodating. They adjusted their schedules to meet with us during U.S. business hours and always made communication easy. I never felt like it slowed anything down. If anything, I appreciated how flexible and client-centered they were in managing around it.

I’m a digital marketing consultant and the owner of bauer/DIGITAL. I advise my clients on all things related to marketing technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Audentes Tech?

I needed help with a client’s Salesforce account. Salesforce wasn’t my strength, and I focused on other platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My client had a specific issue with their Salesforce account. I reached out to Audentes Tech and asked if they could help me. They assured me they were certified Salesforce administrators and had all the credentials. We spent about an hour on the phone discussing the details, and they got back to me the next day with a cost estimate. From there, Audentes Tech helped me with the Salesforce setup and modules. They removed outdated software from the platform and gave me a list of potential reasons that were causing the problems with the integrations. I discussed the list with my client, and Audentes Tech cleaned up the software.

Now, Audentes Tech is my go-to provider. They help me and other clients ensure their Salesforce accounts are connected correctly. They also offer maintenance services, and I reach out to them whenever I need help.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has been launched. Salesforce went through an update and said that if the error wasn’t corrected, my client’s Salesforce account would be disabled because it wasn’t compatible anymore. Since then, the problem has been solved, and the platform works smoothly. Overall, Audentes Tech has met my expectations in terms of performance and service quality.

How did Audentes Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met deadlines and stayed on budget. We use Google Docs to manage tasks and communicate through email and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Prashant is extremely responsive and fluent in English. They’ve also done an excellent job at an excellent price point.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m very pleased with them.

Be clear about your requirements and describe your issue. The quicker you start the discovery process, the better.
