We are independent digital media planning and buying agency targeting specific ethnic groups in Canada & I am an executive at the company.

We hire them to help our client in targeting certain ethnic groups living ion Canada as our campaigns are based on targeting ethnics groups. Auburn helps us to deliver as campaign to right audience and provides the best result as requested by client.

We are working with Auburn from last 12-15 years and they always perform expectational and provide the best results for our client.

Our campiagn are focused on 2 things - Awarness and Conversions. Majority are conversion lead campaigns. Our client check the conversions in the end of the campiagn and majority of the campaigns are done through programmatically.

There are almost 3-4 team members and their major role is to take campiagn live, optimized and bring conversions for our client.

We have many campaigns from Telecommunication to Banking sectors. Telecom client are more focused on mobile plan bought online and Banks are on open an account, book an appointment etc.

Their team is always helpful and on top of the campaign to deliver the best result for our clients.

They are very active and always ready to accept the challanges, moreover tryu to deliver them.

We were looking to scale one of our media campaigns. Internally, we did not have enough expertise to build this, and hence we took Auburn's support to scale our requirements.

We spoke to multiple vendors for this media Plan. Auburn came up with the most effective media plan. They came up with a lot of expertise, which assured us that they are the best team to pull this project like ours.

After beginning with few of the discovery meetings, Auburn came up with a well-thought solution. They helped us with Search, social media and influencer Led plan, while maintaining the desired ROAS.

We worked very closely with the leadership team at Auburn. The entire management and the mid-level team was deeply involved to fulfil our campaign requirements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen remarkable growth across platforms - be it organic search, SEO ratings, Social presence etc. We saw our target audiences talking about products. This led us huge volumes of sales. We were able to beat our ROAS benchmarks. The overall campaign was a huge success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

While there are regular email flows, a weekly call happens between ours and their management. Any issue has been dealt with immediate effect.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were pretty impressed with their commitment of learning our business. They understood our Problem statement, our competitors etc.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

There is always a scope of improvement, and I guess, we''ll be super impressed if they further improve our current ROAS.
