Following a recent rebrand and investment in VA revruitment as well as our internal systems, we were ready for growth and sought expert support to help us realise our potential. 
Atomic stood out as a reliable, capable, reputable and creative solution. 

As well as showing us how to best apply our new brand, the key objectives were to optimise our marcomms, explore new channels, review our new website for technical developments and ultimately, increase our monthly client acquisition numbers.

Having just completed our full onboarding  and month 1 of activity, we are certain Atomic was the right decision for us. 

Ads are already up and running, and the ad copy sent for review reflected our voice and captured our brand perfectly, showing the team have taken the time to truly understand us and our messaging. 

The initial audit also flagged many quick wins for us, technical and onsite formatting/tagging. 

Onboarding documentation was clear and easy to navigate, making tasks such as granting access to platforms much quicker, and meant we could get going straight away.

The team is friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, and available when you need them. Reporting is also transparent, with clear live documents so everything is easy to track.

So far, we have found the team at Atomic to be very reliable and efficient. 

We have weekly catch ups, and they are very responsive to emails, too.

Having worked with many agencies, I have found that larger agencies don't necessarily give you their time unless you're a 'big fish', and smaller agencies can often lack the expertise and agility of a larger team. 

Atomic seems to have the best of both. They're a large agency with the reputation, capacity and expertise to match, but they offer bespoke, affordable support in the same way a smaller agency would.

Not that I can think of.

I wanted a website that felt fun and cool for the type of buyers and an easy store page where the products are displayed in a colourful way and simple enough to buy

They said they would deliver by July and Delivered in October. this was late however they ensured to deliver a perfect product. this was a very bespoke site

In the early days, it was hard to visualise what they were delivering but when the design came in it was amazing and grand. the amount of thought and imagination to deliver such a fun and unique website was surprising

The time scale. it was a new challenge for them and i did ask a lot but it would have been nice to have a more relaistic timescale. and the orginal few meetings before the design was made felt very slow, there was work happening but i didnt feel like the progress was being made until it was complete

For what projects/services did your company hire Atomic Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?

I had struggled to design a website that looked professional, no matter how hard I tried. Also SEO, google's various interfaces and the endless problems made me realise I needed a team of professionals - each with their own area of expertise. I had tried freelancers but it was still up to me to take the lead, and understand too much. i wanted an agency to manage the whole branding to rollout and SEO for me - keeping me involved throughout.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I spend literally hundreds of hours compiling detailed information on reviews from every source, looking at the reviews and trying to see the websites. I did this for so many companies, often spending 16 hours a day relentlessly checking. So many companies had poor reviews - websites with basic errors in the written content, performance or content that wasn't even responsive (auto-resizing), I could go on. This wasn't just the websites they had built for others, but often their own websites! You never can be sure, but Atomic Digital Marketing had a well presented website, and an excellent showcase of previous work, fantastic reviews with websites that checked out.

I wanted a branding project done - logo and colour schemes - I had chosen the domain name and company name already. I then wanted a fast loading, SEO built in from the start/design phase, website designed. I wanted it to look professional and elicit trust. I wanted custom designed pages for the main ones, with the designs repeated on similar pages but with different content (the subject pages). And then all the others such as T&Cs etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

4 were involved in the initial discussions and quotes, from sales, admin, SEO and marketing. I had some very in depth questions, and the founder actually took time to call me from home to discuss allmy concerns in detail, and not just gloss over them - but provide actual answers that made logical sense to me. This really helped build trust. For the branding and design I worked with a manager who coordinated designers of logos, webpages, and now content writers, UX experts and designers who are working together to make sure the pages contain the right information beautifully presented.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The first deliverable was the logo, and my ideas that I had were really hard to bring to life. The designer though did an amazing job, and produced 3 designs. One was particularly clever. However I am no designer, and when I asked to see what they would have done instead, theirs were so much better! The home page however was the real wow moment, and seeing the home page mock up was fantastic. I had built my home page and my home page sucks! The one they had mocked up looks amazing. Some of the unique touches were great. There were 3 versions, and I chose bits of all 3, and they produced a final version that is stunning.

Very friendly when on zoom calls, and same day response (often within an hour or two). The calls are never rushed - not even slightly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The first 3 home page designs. I will never forget seeing them for the first time. And the web design manager has been amazing.

VAT included in all the pricing up front, or at least mentioned in brackets after the VAT free cost.
