We were building a new product within the travel and golf industry verticals. Key deliverables included, product scope and feature/function understanding and documentation, project estimation and budgeting, product design and architecture, project execution plan with iterative milestones and feature/function delivery, devops and ci/cd implementation, infrastructure design and deployment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Atmosol was required to deliver a detailed project execution plan that laid out the interim milestones for iterative delivery of product features and functions. Execution to plan, delivering on time, with quality and on budget were KPIs for success. All features were delivered on time and end to end project execution was flawless.

We were running the project in the scrum model and it was executed very well. Atmosol seemed to have the processes nailed down well. Along the way, we hit challenges due to 3rd party integration that required course correction and Atmosol was able to handle these very well. They were very responsive to our needs and were able to deliver on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There were quite a few tricky issues related to presenting information as well as backend APIs. We were very impressed with the people Atmosol employs and their ability to think creatively and solve tough problems, whether they be technology or user experience. Also, the quality of their resources and their commitment and professionalism was very impressive. We were left with the feeling that they were an extension of our team rather than a vendor providing services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something atmosol could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind, it was a pretty smooth engagement well executed by Atmosol

We commissioned Atmosol to redeploy a new instance of Magento to power our website. The website, though masquerading as an ecommerce website, needed to be customized to support requests for quotes, without credit card functionality. A tough gig for sure, but Atmosol deployed a stable, late version of Magento that handled our business model seamlessly.

Atmosol remains speedy in responding to my needs, no matter their size. I'm pleased to report that they appear to appreciate what a differentiator simply being responsive is to brand identity. Atmosol is thorough, comprehensive and provides detail-rich replies to my queries and does so in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

SMBs often are strong out of the gate, but in only a short time, most times, show their true colors, which amount usually to absenteeism when needed most. Atmosol performs antithetical to that notion and I'm pleased to report does a stellar job trying to shatter the stereotype that small business agencies are careless and neglectful.

Atmosol is a sterling example of what happens when an organization prioritizes the buyer's needs, without judgment on how big, small, significant or not the ask is. I am an experienced marketer with two decades of agency experience. In simpler terms, I am qualified to say this: hire them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something atmosol could have done differently?

I am satisfied that any areas of improvement that there may be are incidental, as I cannot name any as I review Atmosol.

Founded in 1969, Jazzercise, Inc. continues to be one of the world’s leading dance fitness companies. As Digital Manager, I oversee our consumer-facing web properties and mobile apps.

For what projects/services did your company hire atmosol, and what were your goals?

In 2015, we were notified that our then eCommerce platform provider, Amazon Webstore, was closing its doors and we had 12 months to migrate to a new system. We chose Magento Enterprise and hired our longtime development partner, Atmosol, to help with the migration.  

Our main goals were to have better integration with our ERP system to improve syncing delays as well as improve the UI for our growing mobile customer base.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had already been partnered with Atmosol for years prior to this migration.

Atmosol built a custom front-end theme using a combination of Bootstrap, native Magento functionality and some third-party extensions. 

They then developed some customizations for us to allow for better customer segmentation.  This allowed us to have different pricing, content and launch dates for different customer groups. Finally, they provide support, maintenance, QA, and custom development work. 

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with four team members: the director of operations, project manager, and two developers.  The project manager was my main point of contact.

We were very happy with the quality of work provided by atmosol.

They use pretty standard Project Management tools — Kanban board on Zoho. They always delivered projects on time.

I always appreciate the ability to work directly with the developers when needed, so certain details don't get lost in translation.

I'm the Sr. Manager of our D2C business for Groupe SEB which produces small appliances, and it is the world's largest manufacturer of cookware.

We used Atmosol for our Amazon webstore business back in the day then worked with them to build out and launch our direct to consumer platforms and initiatives.

Atmosol came highly recommended from internal contacts at Amazon back in 2013.

Groupe SEB started working with atmosol in 2013 to launch an online store for our factory seconds sale. The original site was launched on Amazon web stores and when it shut down, atmosol was able to move it to Magento without disruption. This was really our first step into a Direct to Consumer strategy. atmosol was extremely knowledgeable about Magento and eCommerce in general.

With atmosol’s support, we were quite successful with the factory seconds store and soon we were working with atmosol to move several of our brands to the Magento platform including All Clad, T-Fal, and Lagostina, really driving forward our DTC vision.

We worked with 3-5 resources at any given time from project management, IT, developers, and digital consultants.

Atmosol helped us replatform our direct to consumer business on to the Magento platform increasing our sales over 400%!

We had an extremely agile working relationship with Atmosol in order to meet deadlines and achieve ambitious business goals.

atmosol's commitment to their clients was second to none. We could be extremely demanding and Atmosol delivered on all KPI's.

Nothing I can think of. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service, their responsiveness and their ability to get tough things done.

Atmosol helped design and build a complex financial SaaS product. We started with a click-through based on my initial PowerPoint design. We next spent numerous iterations developing a project plan for the first phase of actual SaaS product development which lasted about a year.

Atmosol executed on time each sprint (every two weeks) with slight adjustments for unexpected tweaks to the project plan. There was a constant dialogue between myself and Atmosol over a one year period as the project execution progressed. We are now launching a Beta trial of the SaaS product to initial adopters. I plan on continuing to use Atmosol as we expand the product further.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very, very responsive. Very smart and open to a lot of communication and feedback. They care about the quality of their work product and give suggestions on product design. Very nice people and easy to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something atmosol could have done differently?

They could partner with a law firm to help draft and understand the product implications of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as Intellectual Property law. For example, doing demonstrations early on has possible patentability implications. However, it was not a concern for my particular product.
