One of our clients wanted to develop a mobile application to help with their e-commerce capabilities, so we needed help with mobile app development and ERP customization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After the storyboard was created, ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS proposed multiple options for us and the tech stack we could use. The main deliverables are the mobile app and a modified ERP system based on the existing online platform.

The mobile app will be available for iOS and Android. The features include a login that allows people to use their Gmail or Facebook accounts. We also added the one-time password as part of the security measures, along with phone and email validation. The other main features are the ability to add friends and special dates, as well as select the type of product the user wants to send based on the client’s products.

On the other hand, the ERP system will be an inventory, customer, and order management system with a role access permission system and a CMS.

Our first point of contact was the COO. After talking to him, he introduced us to the team. We currently speak with someone on the business side and a project manager. Additionally, there’s a front- and backend developer.

In total, we’ve dealt with 7–8 teammates. They’ve also provided a QA person and a BA person, but we don’t speak much to them.
