We're impressed with their background work on our company, products, and services. Also how diligent they were when it came to optimising SEO on the website.

I don't feel that anything should or could have been done differently and i would highly recommend the team at Aspire to anyone looking to update and optimize their website.

They delivered items on time. It was a very good collaboration scheme where the provider listed all actions and related progress once collected all requests submitted by us.

When we highlighted updated needs or some glitches displayed during the development, the provider responded promptly with efficient solutions.

I got a good feeling from talking to Vlad and the fact that his own website was on the first page and they had live examples of websites they were working on.

Vlad took care of everything, He liaised with my web designer to implement changed to our site that would help us rank on the top of Google without changing to much of the wording to the site I already had.

They are straight talkers and don't give you spin and bluster. Other companies make SEO seem like the black arts but Aspire Media explain what they want to do and tells you how they'll do it.

I’m the owner of Donnybrook Bikes, a bike shop in Dublin.

What challenge were you trying to address with Aspire Media?

Before engagement, our business was largely offline. However, due to the challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to get our business online. While we had a website before, it wasn’t geared for online selling. We needed help transforming our site into an e-commerce platform. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aspire Media developed our e-commerce website. Initially, we wanted to improve our existing website, but upon review, we decided to build everything from scratch. We provided them with our logo and vision for the site’s design. 

We wanted a minimalistic and user-friendly website with little noise in its layout. We showed them websites that we liked, which they used as references. Ultimately, we wanted the site to look good.

Aspire Media handled all aspects of development. They took some photographs to use on the site and added 250 products to our shop. After delivery, they trained our staff on how to manage and maintain the site. They provided this free of charge.

I worked with two teammates, including a project manager. 

How did you come to work with Aspire Media?

A friend who was happy with Aspire Media’s services recommended them to me. We decided to hire them based on my friend’s feedback. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent €2,500 (approximately $3,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Aspire Media successfully did what we asked them to do — they took our vision and used their expertise to improve it. We didn’t have much experience developing a website, and they had been helpful in holding our hands throughout the process. 

After launching the new site, our traffic grew by 40%, and our online sales also increased. We even reached an audience that wasn’t our customers before, as 90% of our site purchases came from outside Dublin.

How did Aspire Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Aspire Media’s project management was fantastic — we couldn’t have asked for anything better. They delivered what they promised, and everything was done within the timeline. 

They assigned a point of contact whenever we had questions. Their team was responsive to emails and phone calls. Additionally, their after-sales service was excellent, and it was helpful for our team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Aspire Media’s attention to detail and generosity when sharing their knowledge had been impressive.

I can’t think of anything.
