ASAP Computer Services is a regional managed IT service provider established in 1999, serving corporate and business clients throughout Greater San Antonio, Central Texas, South Texas and the Hill Country. We provide managed IT services, help desk and end user support, VoIP, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, network support and management, structured network cabling, fiber optics, Wi-Fi and network infrastructure. Our service commitments are written into every agreement. For managed clients in San Antonio proper, we guarantee a technician onsite within 1 hour when a server or network is completely down, during coverage hours of 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday through Friday; remote response often begins within minutes. Data backups, security patching is also included, scheduled, and verified, and security and operational logs are maintained for every managed environment.
Every client environment is kept separate: dedicated VLANs, per-client virtual machines on our own hypervisors, and per-client backup repositories. Our technicians use individually named accounts with multi-factor authentication; administrative access to client systems is logged and removed in full when an engagement ends. You keep title to your hardware, licenses, administrator accounts, Microsoft 365 tenant, and domains. Before any work starts, both sides agree in writing on who owns what.
If a security incident occurs, we follow a published five-step process: contain, assess, recover, harden, and prevent recurrence, with prompt notice to your designated contact. Founder and Managing Member Courtney Pelzel, RCDD, CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140 qualified), is our designated security officer, personally accountable on every engagement. ASAP punches well above its weight. It is a firm that takes itself seriously, but is very personable. Bedside manner is fantastic and our teams noticed a difference almost immediately. They have owned our IT as if they were members of our organization.
