We hired ArVission in order to develop BackOffice Mob App - CharterClick. Our request for this app was to create booking management tools aimed at the speeding up workflow, possibility to monitor the overall business picture, make different changes - add, cancel, edit bookings, change prices as well as update data with no difficulties.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ArVission successfully delivered a functional and user-friendly BackOffice Mob App as long as they put in a lot of hours to understand how the business works demonstrating a detail-oriented approach. The team was open to feedback and proved an ability to adapt to difficult challenges still respecting a time frame.

We are satisfied with a cooperation with Arvission as the project was delivered on time, with minimal number of corrections. The project management was always available and provided assistance at every stage of development.

Yes, cause there's always room to grow. The team should find new and modern ways to achieve the set goals, think about an economic effect of future solutions alongside with getting a financial profit.

I’m the owner of Felik Agency, a digital marketing outsourcing agency. We specialize in strategies for digital advertising, PPC, WordPress websites, analytics, brand identity, graphic design, video production, and more.

What challenge were you trying to address with ArVission?

We hired them to develop a mobile application with AR functionalities.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were working on a very interesting project for a Ukrainian government organization. They organized a big charity event, and as part of it, they requested an interactive app for kids with 3D animation integration.

What is the team composition?

I was mostly in contact with their project manager and team lead.

How did you come to work with ArVission?

We decided to work with ArVission because they were very competent and offered very good AR/VR solutions. We also looked at other offers from different companies that proposed AR/VR solutions, ArVission’s proposition was the best one when it comes to price, solution, and technical skills. Overall, it was the best solution for us from different points of view.

We spent between $10,000–$50,000 on the project.

We worked with ArVission from April–May 2023.

We really liked working with ArVission because the quality of their work was very high, and they always took the initiative. They proactively tried to solve issues in the best manner and found the best solutions for us. They also understood how important it was for us to succeed, and it was always very easy to reach them because they kept in touch with us throughout the process.

How did ArVission perform from a project management standpoint?

ArVission did a perfect job when it came to meeting deadlines; there were no issues at all. Moreover, their team delivered high-level services and consisted of kind people with very good hard and soft skills.

It was also very interesting and easy to interact with ArVission. They had great communication skills and were very responsive. We usually communicated with them via Google Meet or Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was really impressed with ArVission’s communication skills and ability to take the initiative. They were a very professional team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s difficult question to answer this question because our team was very satisfied with ArVission’s work. Like all development companies, they could perhaps offer a bigger variety of turnkey solutions.

Their team brought up fresh ideas in combination with professional hard skills resulted in productive cooperation and result-oriented solution.
