After the beta version was successfully finished we started collecting feedback and checking performance. At all stages of development, the developers were highly involved.

We had communicated via email and e-meeting (Google hangouts). I constantly received reports daily and weekly reports about work progress.

I was really impressed with their communication skills. They were in touch all the time and answered really quickly.

We discussed the project. From the beginning of the project, Senior front-end developer worked with us. Then we were turned over to Middle front-end developer. He is also a good specialist.

At first, it was difficult to set up a common understanding. But later we told the team about the problem and everything got better. Some parts of our project are very difficult to develop. ArtJocker has reworked them several times. But they did everything well enough.

We sometimes experienced technical issues with calls, but it could just be a simple connection or hardware issue.

The project was successfully completed on time with a high level of technical competence. The app works great and we never got any negative reviews (which I think can be considered positive).

The project manager sent us updates on the work every week, which we really liked. We contacted via Slack, Skype and email. Project process management was carried out in Jira.

We have daily zoom calls with their team for around 15 minutes. Also, their project manager would meet with me one on one couple of times a week to ensure follow ups on the progress of the project.

They have a sense of ownership of every project given to them. From the very start, we have seen their dedication and how each of their team members invested in us. They fully equipped themselves with the knowledge specific to our niche that made them truly understand our goal.

We communicated via WhatsApp and regular phone calls. They met all of our deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

In comparison with the previous organization we came across, their language proficiency is much better. With the other company, I had to correct almost every single grammatical structure. With Artjoker, I didn’t have to correct a lot.
