We had data entry problems because we documented almost everything manually. In order to grow the business and add more people we hired this team to develop a custom solution for our needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them in our city, we know people who work there, so we were very positive that they are able to do everything right

They designed and developed our portal and consolidate all the info, that we used to have in different sources and sheets. They completed the specification very fast and started the work. They finished the first stage in a couple months that we can us now. So we started working on the second part right away. The final product should be able to automated all our data entry, generate revenue reports and exclude mistakes that everybody has with manual entry

We were able to launch the project earlier in it first stage than we expected. Artjoker's team performed so well, so there was no doubt that we need to continue our cooperation

We were always in touch with PM through telegram and emails, communications was great, always open and ready for conference calls too

We had full access to the whole team they even brought us some fresh ideas that we will be using in our portal

No complaints, they do everything we need.

As the team chose Scrum for the project management methodology, we've had daily meetings (via Google Hangouts), so it was easy to control and understand the work process.

We were really happy with company communication skills, quality and flexibility. We had a very good experience and highly recommend this company.

We were impressed with their portfolio and what’s great they gave us an accurate and detailed assessment after the briefing. Some of our partners have repeatedly appealed to Artjoker and were really glad about the work.

Several managers from the team interacted with us at once, each of them was responsible for their own processes. We discussed each step and acted according to the work plan.

We mostly worked with PM, Business development manager, CTO, and team lead of developers.

Artjoker’s team was able to perform all the tasks and successfully finished them. Now we are working on platform training.

We used Jira and Confluence for planning and information gathering purposes. Daily stand-ups with team and PM. And monthly meeting with CTO.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Artjoker became a part of our big family. We worked side by side for a long period of time and were able to be not only highly efficient but also had a lot of fun with a team.

Firstly, I was talking to Maxim, he guided us in the company`s services and told all we needed about the website we wanted to make. After that, we got the next information and agreed on interacting with the guys. They provided us with an excellent project team that started the website development. The website was created on Laravel.

We were seeking for a company who has proper experience in buildings fintech products. Artjoker has a great expertise in it.

We reach out to Artjoker`s manager who consulted us about the services, cost and possible terms. Then they prepared the presentation and we gave our answer about plans to work with them.

After it, we got aquainted with our project team and started the project. We`ve got our product in 3,5 months.

Ahundred has own CEO Kate, mainly we were talking to her. First I met her on the conference, she told me a lot about this platform and then we connected with her personally and discuss further actions. Kate is very smart and she helped us to start working with this system in a right way.

Now all of our guys set up goals in Ahundred and HR department tracks al the results and achievements. We start working with OKR system.

Firstly, we had a brief with Artjoker`s manager. This information was needed to make some custumizations in the software and run it correctly regarding our needs. Finally, they provided us with the system and tutored our managers how to work with it.

Ahundred is great, now we can clearly track how our workers suceed in tasks and can see their goals and successes in a long period.
