What was the scope of their involvement?

Aron Web Solutions provides development services for our clients. They’ve helped us build web applications for clients, whether they’re e-commerce or social networking apps. They’ve also provided maintenance for those apps and continuous enhancements. 

We create the designs in Adobe Photoshop, and Aron Web Solutions builds the apps. The team develops the majority of the web apps from scratch using PHP. However, sometimes the client wants a different technology, and I give flexibility to Aron Web Solutions to see what technology they propose. They’ve worked with WordPress, Magento, and Shopify. 

Some clients provide requirements through conversations, and others provide roadmaps and documentation. Often, the clients’ wireframes aren’t detailed enough, so we elaborate on them and then give them to Aron Web Solutions. Currently, the team is helping us with six clients’ projects, some of which have been running for 2–3 years. 

In addition, Aron Web Solutions provides digital marketing and SEO support for clients establishing a new business. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The biggest metrics of Aron Web Solutions’ success are the speed of delivery and the cost-saving. Their efficiency is excellent, and I’ve never seen any quality issues in their work. Although there have been minor bugs here and there, that’s part of every project. 

Moreover, our end clients consistently give positive feedback for Aron Web Solutions’ work. End clients hardly ever have improvement requests to pass on because we’re intermediates doing quality checks. Still, we never have to spend too much time on quality checks because Aron Web Solutions’ work is good. I’m very satisfied with them — it’s why our engagement continues.

They deliver within the budget and are very flexible; if the scope requirements increase by 5%–7%, they don’t increase the cost. 

We primarily communicate through email, where they send us updates. They provide weekly and monthly reports for SEO projects, which are exhaustive and detailed. As a result, we don’t need any other type of communication for long-running SEO projects, and we hardly need to take any action on our part. 

For web development projects, we have weekly or biweekly discussions. When we need something from them, I have direct contact points I can call instead of waiting for the meetings or scheduling a call.

I’m impressed with Aron Web Solutions’ flexibility and speed of delivery.

They could suggest more new ideas sometimes, though this may be a big ask considering their cost. Still, they could provide feature or enhancement ideas for projects that have been running for years. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Giving them freedom will bring value to your project; pass on the requirements and give them time. Initially, we were impatient and kept asking them for small things while the project progressed. Later, we realized that Aron Web Solutions is mature enough to work independently. 

Now, we give them some building space and let them return once they’re ready to showcase their progress. This approach has helped us be more relaxed and get better delivery. If you don’t micromanage them, they’ll bring the best results.

The site was 80% faster than previously, which was our main goal and operates perfectly on Wordpress, which our team is very comfortable with.

I would not say there is anything unique about them, but we are not looking for that. They delivered fast and stuck to their scope and timelines with perfection. This is all we need.
